I have a question I haven't been able to answer by digging so far. It seems to be widely debated here and there and I was hoping some math-heads would have a more accurate answer.

Assuming 30% crit rate and +10% to hit :

Duel Wield spec -OR- Impale?

Would offhand weapon speed lean toward one or the other?

Appreciate your time, and if this has been discussed with any sort of conclusions please just point me to the right thread.
