cure/purge mechanics
Which debuff of a given type is cured first? Which buff of a given type is purged first? Is it order dependent (either as the only criteria, or as the criteria discriminating things of equal priority), or random? Would it ever make sense to apply one type of poison then another (e.g. preserve viper sting), or magic buff then another (e.g. winter's chill, detect magic, polymorph).
What if a cure that's supposed to remove more than 1 "charge" e.g. purge removing 2, or abolish ticking, hits a resist due to a "spells have less chance to be dispelled" talent? Does it try again with its remaining charge, does the remaining charge target another spell, or is the remaining charge wasted?
What I know:
Mass dispel: first chooses important (otherwise undispellable) effects like bubble and ice block.
(to be partially fixed in 2.1) Rogue poisons are nigh uncurable if applied from an ilvl 115 weapon (blue>purple).
