Program: Tanking simulator for druids/paladins/warriors

A nifty little java tool. This little baby takes the tanking stats of either a druid, warrior and paladin and simulates 10000 attacks against them. It then provides you info on different things, like how many crushing blows each class recieved, how much damage mitigation they
totally have.

Info about the app:
- Assumes crit immune tank
- You can input:
blockchance
parry
miss
dodge
armor
mob damage before armor
mob attack speed (fast attack mobs perform more crushing blows on paladins and warriors since they use up Holy Shield/Shield Block charges)
block value.
- Automatically assumes Improved Shield Block, Defensive Talents for paladins (Imp. RF for 6% less damage taken)
- Only works with physical attacks, no magic calculations or special attack calculations

Big thanks to Morn <Magna>, Dwarf Paladin on Executus (EU) for creating this app.

Fun to play around with, and as a druid it's nice to be able to get a handle on the truth behind warriors/paladins being uncrushable...They mostly are, of course, but using what I consider to be well-equipped stats they take somewhere between 0-2% crushing blows. Was good to see.

I think it's very cool. There's a few things I might have done slightly differently, but as a simple calculator I think it's very helpful.

IMO it helps demonstrate the shy difference in damage taken between warriors and paladins.

In fact the difference can be made up by a few hundred points of armor.

This of course doesn't take into account the HP disparity, which, imo is the big sticking point.

I would add a few things to the calculator:

A "spike DTPS" which tells the highest damage taken per second over a 5 second period of the simulation.
A "max DTPS" which tells the highest max damage taken per second over a 5 second period. ("IE worst case scenario") (IE: Assume every hit against you connects or is blocked)

Then a TTD: Spike, TTD: Min, TTD: Average (TTD=Time to death)

Which each took into account your hit points and gave you the average number of seconds you could survive under each of the "spike per session" "maximum theoretical damage" and "average damage taken" scenarios.
