What you'd like to see in 2.1.x for Shaman - Page 11

Just throwing this out there:

Bloodlust

300 Mana
Instant cast 3 min cooldown
Increases melee, ranged, and spell casting speed by 30% for all party members. Lasts 15 sec.

Talent Tier 2 enhance

2/2

Increases the duration of your bloodlust by 5/10 seconds and gives a 50/100 % chance to remove all non damaging debuffs from all party members.

Basically, I want to make something clear whether any of you choose to accept it. Community management is about more than simply answering topics affecting game-play, particularly those often deemed "most important" (which is subjective). We provide something for the entire World of Warcraft community, and that means jumping into all manner of threads.

We are regularly (daily) communicating concerns to the development team, and for a variety of reasons, cannot always respond to threads. Despite popular belief, it's not always because the design team asks that we refrain discussing a matter. Often times, it's our call -- but I can assure you in all cases where we don't respond, the affects of our response is weighed, and it's done with the best interest in mind.

Shaman, don't hijack this thread, please. We have been regularly communicating your concerns, and in today's major weekly community/design meeting, we're very focused on the Shaman.

This does NOT mean you can expect immediate feedback. Just have some faith, our team is fighting for you, and the designers (I promise you), have ALL classes interests in mind, equally. Despite any perceptions issues.

I'd be very surprised indeed if anything tasty came through for 2.1. They're already wrapping up testing. The WF and clearcasting nerfs will be in 2.1 with no compensatory viability improvements, you can take that to the bank.

There's a chance this will result in something for 2.2, due out in what, september? That's the best we can hope for at this point.

I guess I'll just go ahead and buy my 2nd Gladiator's Cleaver - but I just know they're going to come to their senses and either unlink the cooldowns again or make it so fast offhands are otherwise viable. Oh well it'll be a waste of 1500 arena points (the price differential between main/offhands) and that's just going to be that =(

Even if they totally fix windfury, it'll still be better for stormstrike. Hell, even if they normalize stormstrike like everything else, it'll still be a better choice because they only normalize attack power and not weapon damage.

From today's PTR update:

Windfury Weapon: A bug with this spell was making off-hand procs receive less bonus damage than intended. It is now fixed.

Early reports say this is not significant. Any real testing done yet?
