Reports from the PTR suggest that one of the new Darkmoon trinkets we'll be seeing in 2.1 is the following:

[Darkmoon Card: Wrath] (Ace - Eight of Furies)
Each time one of your direct damage attacks does not critically strike, you gain 17 critical strike rating and 17 spell critical strike rating for the next 10 sec. This effect is consumed when you deal a critical strike. (Stacks up to 20 times)

So, I set out to model the effect to analyze it's value in terms of expected crit rating for those of us whom principally do attacks that are all equally valuable in terms of expected crits (read: Balance Druids on an Insect Swarm/FF(maybe)/Starfire rotation, and likely some Mages/Dest 'locks?).

Anyways, I'd like upload the Excel spreadsheet that produced my results in hopes that either
A) Any errors in it will be spotted & helpfully corrected
and/or
B) It will prove useful to others

I haven't put the time/effort myself into acquiring it, so I don't have that information. From the description I'd guess it does not--there's no "has a chance" phrase--but until someone with the item can vouch for it I can't say for certain.
