[Rogue] Hit Mechanics in PVP
First post here, I've seen several different answers to this question and I'd like to get a definitive answer from the knowledgeable posters here.
In PVP, what is the hit % threshold to avoid "missing" special abilities? I've heard 5%, I've heard 6% to overcome some elusive 1% baseline, and I've heard that it increases with level so the new standard is 7%. Any information that you can share or sources that you can point me to would be most appreciated, thank you. |
