[Mage] Mage fireball spam + Mystic Meta gem, +2.5% dps?
Mystical Skyfire Gem: Spamming fireballs standing still, this should be a raw 2.5% increaes in fireball dps regardless of gear correct? (5% chance to half casting time). Or am i missing something?
