I reduce attacks to reflect worst case scenario: 3 AutoAttack + 1 CrusaderStrike + 1 SoC + 1 JoC = 6 attacks during 15sec Vengeance time window that can refresh Vengeance. If calculating for only 10% change to not crit in that 15sec time window, (crit%needed/100)^attacks gives us
31.9% needed crit to have only 10% change to not crit in that time.
