[Rogue] Mutilate Enchants

Forgive me if this has already been covered but I have been searching the forums for the past 30 minutes and can't find the subject. I also cannot download Bleedo's spreadsheet, I am getting a "Firefox can't find the server at rogue.bleedo.net."

My question is thus.

I am going combat mutilate for arena/raiding and am interested to know if I should be using Dual Mongoose enchants (as I have seen so many others using on Armory) or would +7 weapon damage on both hands be better. This is for arena and raiding but I arena/pvp more than I raid currently so I am slightly pvp biased.

Also the meta gem +3 melee damage and chance to stun, coupled with +2 damage on rings seem to just add to your melee damage and not to the weapon damage. Are these factorerd in the same as +7 weapon damage (adding an extra 7 weapon damage (2+2+3) weapon damage to both weapons or is that just purely increasing your melee damage and not weapon damage range?

I hope that makes sense.

Dual Mongoose is the best choice for mutilate. If you don't want to pay the money for mongoose, +7 would be your next best bet for your MH. Even with DW spec I'd find it hard to justify a +damage enchant for an OH weapon and would probably go with +15 agility.

As for your question about the weapon damage enchants/gem...they work exactly the same way (the gem/ring enchants) as the weapon enchant, they just add the damage to the top/low end of both weapons.

Awesome thank you

I can afford the dual mongoose easy enough, just wanted to make sure it was worth it.

I am currently running with malchazeen + ripper both with mongoose on and when both proc with a feral druid in my group my chance to crit go up to 35% - I might have had a agil pot on...

It definitely is worth it. Now regarding that +3 melee damage gem, I was also curious about using that as opposed to my current +24 ap gem. The chance to stun is just a bonus.

I am also an enchanter for the 2x +2 weapon damage enchants on rings.
