Your arguments don't make any sense. You are making logical leaps all over the place. You assume that shammys aren't being brought into raids because:
Currently, an enhancement shaman in a physical damage group will contribute more to raid DPS than an equivalently competent pure DPS class, because between the additional damage due to shaman buffs done by the other 4 group members plus the shaman's own DPS, the group does more damage on average than they would with an additional pure DPSer in that group. This is balanced and as it should be.

Complaining about being threat capped and only being able to DPS 3/4 of the time while asking for damage buffs to gear is insane as well. Is it your ability to DPS is capped by the tank's threat generation, or you are not doing enough DPS? It can't be both.

Similarly, making a laundry list of rogue abilities that ignores how rogues actually raid is a terrible argument. This thread really does come off just as whining.

This pretty much sums up why people are jumping all over you. Crapping out what you know to be old information and presenting it as an "argument" isn't going to fly.

There are. You'd be hard pressed to find a better resource. Problem is, you're arriving late to the game and looking to start over at the top and run through details we've hashed, rehashed, and put to bed a long while back. Please review some of the other threads we've got here and contribute, I have no doubt you'll be a quality contributor. The contents of your original post, however, have either been well enough covered, or are well enough understood by the bulk of posters here that they don't need to be relived.
