Regarding patch 2.3

Has anyone tested the new taunt-mechanics yet?

Is taunt now seen as a yellow-attack? So 9% hit to never(!!) miss a boss-taunt? Or did Blizzard something different here?

If not - could someone open up a new thread for that topic (the forum does not allow me to do that ..)

regards
Ashlan

I've recently had a rogue claim that with all haste mechanics up, it was more beneficial for him to use instant due to DP being refreshed too fast. I've searched through what rogue threads there are (lack of a rogue mega-thread btw), and not found any math supporting nor disproving this claim.
I am unfamiliar with rogue mechanics- can anyone dis/prove this?

Edit: I guess what I'm asking for is the point of inflection at which a haste affected (we'll assume swords) rogue, would be better off using IP vs DP.
I realize the faster the weapon swing, the less % to proc poison- given with few exceptions all procs are a PPM system.
