I've got Quagmirran's Eye, and I'm one card away from finishing the Darkmoon Card: Crusade. For overall DPS which is better assuming 1375 Spell damage?

If it's the card at what level of spell damage does the eye become better? I assume because I'm a lock DoT's are such a short cast time I'll be able to get it to 80 spell damage very quickly.
