Stacking +% Damage Abilities

I'm having trouble finding a definitive answer regarding this issue, would someone mind shining some light on how % increase damage abilities/talents stack?

Take for example a fire mage in a raid setting. Combining the talent Fire Power (+10%), Misery (+5%), Fire Vulnerability (+15%) and Curse of Elements (+10%), would the end result be:

1. Additive
Base damage * 1.4

2. Multiplicative
Base damage * 1.46
Where 1.46 = 1.1 * 1.05 * 1.15 * 1.1

3. Some odd combination of the two that only makes sense to Blizzard Devs (please elaborate if so)

2, as in: "(Base damage + Spell Power)*Multiplier 1 * Multiplier 2..."

It was #3, with some some modifiers as to which talents affected before +damage/+healing as well which frankly nobody could figure out but were more or less universally standardized to multiplier modifiers (thank jebus).

As of know to the best of my knowledge all threat and damage modifiers are handled multiplicatively.

Talents are usually additive, and buffs/debuffs multiplicative.
