Omen and KTM only displays the average TPS of the last few seconds, furthermore, Omen had a bug where it would miscalculate the TPS number.

There's no way a warrior who did less than 300 DPS can generate 1000 TPS over the course of any lengthy fight, if the logs were accurate, and it looks like they are for the most part.
