I am curious. Why is Seal of Blood the "Worst Tanking Seal"? 50% of my threat is coming from whatever Judgment I am currently using. Which is usually blood as it does more base damage then the highest level Righteousness. What are the exact bullet points that make Seal of Blood the worst? Is the 300 damage that you take from it just horrible or something?

Because Seal of Blood scales with AP and melee crit, while everything else scales with spell damage (and spell crit).
Judgement of Righteousness has a 73% coefficient and deals 218 damage.
Judgement of Blood has a 43% coefficient and deals an average of 310 damage.
That's a difference of 92 damage.
How much spell damage would JoR need to make up for this 92 damage? 126 spell damage.
Assuming you're using a "Warrior" weapon like the Sun-Eater or the King's Defender, and assuming you put a +40 spell damage enchant on it, your "Paladin" weapon would need at least 166 spell damage for its JoR to hit as hard as the Warrior weapon's JoB.
Now, looking at wowhead, the earliest drop with this kind of spell damage is the Bloodmaw Magus-Blade at 203 spell damage (or the Gladiator's Gavel at 199). However, given that everything else we use uses spell damage as well (Holy Shield, Consecration, etc.), I think it's safe to say that a spell damage weapon is going to produce more threat *across the board* than Seal of Blood.
