Given that pretty much all procs seem to turn out to be 1 PPM, and that it's within the range, I'm guessing 1 PPM. But I'd need a longer sample to confirm it.

There are 2 discrepancies in the entire hour and 45 minutes, one where I accidentally hit blind, and another where I accidentally stopped autoattacking. Hopefully the data is still sufficient.
