Totemologist

I am currently respecing my Warlock Alt into Demonology and devoting some thought into what my gear selections will do to improve my pet. I am not turning up any good leads for what x amount of this stat will affect y stat on the pet.

So far I have noticed a trend in stamina increasing stamina and spell damage increasing attack power and/or spell damage. Is there a formula for this? Does it vary by pet? And most importantly, do I have an option to do anything with my gear that would improve my pet's critical strike rating (spell or melee, obviously there are talents)?


I did several web/forum searches before asking, perhaps I am overlooking something. If something exists that outlines this in detail please share and thanks in advance!

Edit: Of course, after the fact I found what I was looking for. My apologies, graying out a now moslty irrelivant post. The little question regarding improving my pets crit rating via my gear remains.
