[Hunter] Marksman Raider

It is starting to be seen some player going Marksman for raids (Howitzer) and I wonder how effective is it in terms of damage, mana and overall utility. Also where where to place talents? IAotH? Imp Arc shot? Surefooted?

This thread is made for feedback and maybe some theorycrafting on this build.

There is going to be a single Hunter TheoryCrafting thread here, Hunter Lounge. Lactose has started it, and him, Howitzer and I are preparing the general information sections over the course of the next week.

The idea is to not have separate threads for every talent tree. There just isn't that much difference in how Hunters are played amongst them.

This conversation would probably be best moved to that thread.

As Cheeky said, we're working on a big TC thread for Hunters that should be wrapping up within the next week. Keep and eye out.
