Big Thanks to Tymir for all the updates! He's been keeping on top of it. Lately I am just a host of the file!

Planned Updates:
None.

Known Issues:

The spell simulation is getting thrown out of whack when changing spell priorities.
To use the Skull of Gul'dan turn on iterative calculation and turn maximum iterations to 1.
There's some bug in between Shadow damage and regular damage. Orb of the Soul Eater is shown as a huge dps decrease over Khagdar's Knapsack, which is impossible.
All races use Starshards. (Should auto turn off when not selecting Night Elf.)
When I have 6.59% spell hit in gear and 5/5 Shadow Focus, it lists 1 hit rating as a .03 DPS increase. It should be zero, I'm already over the hit cap (but who knows, that could be Starshards).
The crit % on Final Results doesn't match my character sheet.

Blessing of Wisdom isn't in the list of buffs.

1 Haste rating should be added to the list of Effect of Stat Increases.

There's some bug in between Shadow damage and regular damage. Orb of the Soul Eater is shown as a huge dps decrease over Khagdar's Knapsack, which is impossible.

I don't plan on including a 1 haste rating section until a wait system is introduced, without one it has the potential to be very misleading. Thanks for the other two points though.

-Corrected errors with calculation of total shadow damage
-Added Devouring Plague
-Added Judgement of Wisdom

-Distinguished between Divine Spirit and Improved Divine Spirit

-Corrected the amount of MP5 gained from Mana Spring Totem

-Fixed some inaccuracies with calculating time remaining on some procs and special abilities
-Added base stats for all races, need testers to verify these.
-Corrected the spell critical hit rate displayed on several tabs (although the dps simulator was using the correct value all along), need testers to verify that spreadsheet values equal character sheet values.

Shaman's Mana Pool for Mana Tide.
Should be priest mana pool.

Mana Tide Totem:
Summons a Mana Tide Totem with 5 health at the feet of the caster for (13 sec-1) sec that restores 6% of total mana every 3 seconds to group members within 20 yards.

Edit: Also can you add [Bracing Earthstorm Diamond]

New minor update:
RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

-Removed the unnecessary "Shaman's mana pool for Mana Tide" field, just to be clear even before this revision it was using the Priest's mana pool, not the Shamans.
-Added Cudgel of Consecration and Bracing Earthstorm Diamond
-Fixed a bug with Improved Blessing of Wisdom.
-Fixed stats on Malefic Girdle, 21 crit instead of hit.

* Changed Season 2 Set bonus to follow the function of the rest of the Season Set bonuses

* Modified Inner Focus to prioritize Devouring Plague over Shadow Word: Pain if DP is being used. Also changed it to check that IF will be ready on the current simulation step rather than the one before it as it was only casting it on every other DP due to the original behaviour

Every time I change a piece of gear (even changing something like cloak enchant which shouldn't affect DPS) there seems to be a random fluctuation of the "total DPS" number. As much as +/- 50 DPS, although normally it just seems to drop by ~1-3 DPS. Is this due to a randomization factor in the simulator? It just seems to make the spreadsheet not very helpful for most gear decisions, especially very close ones, when there's always a +/-50 DPS margin of error due to randomization.

Is this actually what's going on? Or is it a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

For best results make sure iterative calculations are enabled and the maximum iterations are set to 1 in the Excel options. After this you mash F9 until the final DPS stops changing. This happens since the simulation timeline is just all the cast times up until that point added together, of course haste affects total cast time and thus the entire timeline which in turn affects all procs, trinkets, and other temporary effects.
