Why would you ever use Serpent Sting as one of the 3 md shots? (If it even works and how would it work then?) At Hydros you want 3 high dmg (or threat) shots as quick as posseble. So i would say: Arcane, Auto, Distracting. Multi Shot might give you aggro from the adds since only the main shot of Multi Shot is misdirected and the other 2 are counted for the Hunter as threat (this is what i seen from my experience).

That's not my experience at all.
I regulary MD three mobs onto the tank. Especially Warrior tanks as their AoE tanking is more troublesome.
Certain seem to work fine for me... Although of course you can't of used a MD charge elsewhere.

It seems like there's a little misunderstanding.
From my experience I can say, that a multi needs all 3 charges of MD (if there are 3 mobs and no charge used before). This is implemented again with the current patch (was in patch 2.1.1 the same way, but 2.1.2 had MD-bugs).
For the situation quoted it's the same as my experience. If I use my first charge with an aimed shot, followed by an arcane, then the only 1 of the 3 multi shots will misdirect aggro. The other 2 will be counted on your aggro-pool.

I have a bit of a different experience actually, or maybe just extremely lucky. Previously Explosive Trap and Volley didn't consume charges, then they consumed one on the initial hit no matter the amount of targets, now they use one per target effected. However all the threat is passed to the MD'd target, again, regardless of targets hit. Again, maybe my tank at the time had an awesome amount of threat, but even with one charge and Multi-shot the targets, none of them came running to me.

Have anyone done any tests on whether blood frenzy effects ranged physical DPS? It should do if the description is to be believed. I have searched and haven't been able to find a conclusive answer to this.

Yes, the 282 Attack Power from the Orc Racial, Blood Fury, also gives 282 Ranged Attack Power.

I believe the question was regarding Blood Frenzy, not Blood Fury.

Look, Lactose, we'd rather you didn't eradicate the whole human race.

I apologize if this has already been addressed - though a search for the terms "Careful Aim" and "Ranged Weapon Specialization" did not result in anything relevant.
I had a question regarding point allocations for Careful Aim and RWS. Specifically if I'm on a tight point budget and need to choose spending points in one over the other, is there any math out there that would help make that decision for optimal damage output?

That's what the spreadsheets are for. I'll say that, with my gear and spec and shot rotation, 1 point in RWS and 1 point in careful aim give just about exactly the same dps gain.

Hidden Autoshot Cast Time
You mention that there is a hidden Auto Shot cast time. Is this in addition to the one you see when you open up your Spellbook and look at Auto Shot? Forgive me if you already answered this question. I could not find an answer though.
Best Regards,
