If your guild is only in kara that is more than likely the problem, not the tank or anything you are doing wrong. With both tailoring sets, frozen shadoweave and spellstrike, and a full set of kara/gruul drops in the other slots you significantly outgear your tank if the tank is running around in kara gear and maybe a blacksmithing main hand. It's just the price you have to pay for running around in what is essential 5 pieces of tier 5 gear even though your guild is currently progressing through tier 4.

What to do about it? Honestly I would stick with affliction instead of demonology because, IMO, you can do more for your raid as affliction than you can as a demo lock. Try picking up more raid utility talents for the time being since being threat capped means at least a few of your DPS talents are wasted. Good options include maxing out shadow embrace, improved healthstone, and improved imp. You could also switch curses from a DPS curse like agony or doom to elements, shadows, recklessness (ask your raid first if buffing the mobs AP is ok) or even weakness. None of these curses will increas overall raid damage as much as using your own DPS curse will in a 10 man instance, the advantage is that raid buffing curses offer you a threat free way to add damage.

Yeah nothing i wasnt doing there already, only thing i guess i could do would be to ask to be on our shamy's group and make him put the anti threat totem lol

well thx for the advices, i guess ill just go with slowing down dps for now and see when we get to the bigger stuff (more pep would help for that tho... hehe)

Is there any later data done like the OP? Spreadsheet links no linger work. I use Leulier's, but more math about effectiveness of different specs is always good.
