Yeah, that's 2.3 racials. The whole spreadsheet should be updated for 2.3 in both gear and mechanics.

Few other things:

Armory Import inverts the gems on my [Merciless Gladiator's Chain Helm]
Warden's Arrows selected from the drop down displays #N/A for the DPS field, although it seems to still correctly calculate the dps, as my values don't change. Imported arrows display correctly.
[Vengeful Gladiator's Waraxe] stats are off, mmo-champion's down atm so I can't double check if there was a stat change I missed.

Hi,
I am using the Open Office version of your spreadsheet.
It seems as if the Savagery Enchant counted as 70 Spirit instead of 70 AP.

New Arrow, [Adamantite Stinger], will be available. Craftable by engineer through [Adamantite Arrow Maker]

The armory load is very cool. It loaded my gems and enchants correctly. Now I'm much more likely to use the latest spreadsheet version.

The Attribute/DPS on the Settings and Results page is also very useful, as now I can drop them directly into my item spreadsheet. I just have to remember to hit the CalcAttributes button!

It doesn't load enchants yet. Maybe yours just match mine (which are the default.)

If you switch gear it should automatically recalculate the attribute weights. Only for talents, shots, and loading profiles do you need to manually click it (unless I broke that recently.)

You also need to click it when you change buffs or latency.

Off the top of my head, other target debuffs that affect hunter dps

Blood Frenzy: +2/4% physical damage (from MS warriors; pretty much 100% uptime)
Improved Faerie Fire: +1/2/3% hit (from balance druids; most significant for pets since the hunter is likely hit capped without it)
Improved Judgment of the Crusader: +1/2/3% crit (from ret paladins)
Judgment of Wisdom: 50% chance on hit of +74 mana (any paladin)
Judgment of Light: 50% chance on melee to heal 90 (since you don't model anything about pet health currently, probably can drop that one)
Misery: +1/2/3/4/5% magic damage (from spriests; pretty much 100% uptime; affects arcane shot, serpent sting, lightning breath, serpent and scorpid poison)
Stormstrike: +20% nature damage (from enh shaman; fairly low uptime; affects serpent sting, lightning breath, serpent and scorpid poison [dots don't consume the effect but do benefit from it if it's up during a tick])

As far as buffs, there's also

Improved Sanctity Aura: +1/2% damage (from ret paladin)
Unleashed Rage: +2/4/6/8/10% melee ap (from Enh shaman; uptime is good but not 100% so I don't know how you'd model that without it being ridiculous)
Improved Divine Spirit: +5/10% of spirit as +dam (from disc priests; used to like this for Scorpid Poison hax, but otherwise is just a minor buff to wind serpent damage)
Totem of Wrath: +3% spell hit and crit (from ele shaman; also a buff to wind serpent damage and FI uptime)
Wrath of Air Totem: +101 spell damage (any shaman; for wind serpents)
Moonkin Aura: +5% spell crit (from balance druids; wind serpent damage and FI uptime)
