Overwrite the cell that says "improved 3/3" with the amount of AP provided for you by EW. The spreadsheet assumes 100% uptime here, so you may want to multiply your SV hunter's agi by something like 0.23 instead of 0.25 to account for imperfect uptime.

Madness of the Betrayer isn't getting it's average penetration benefit added.

It seems to be in version 47, at least:
1) With [Madness of the Betrayer] as one of your trinkets, note your listed DPS.
2) Set the trinket slot to 'None'.
3) In the 'Hand Adjust' fields, add 20 Hit Rating and 84 Attack Power.
4) Compare your current listed DPS with the DPS listed in 1).
5) In the 'Hand Adjust' field, add ~170 Armor Penetration. This is roughly the averaged out armor penetration benefit from [Madness of the Betrayer] -- exact value will vary somewhat based on user settings.
6) Compare listed DPS with DPS listed in 1).

Yes thats how I confirmed the error.

I've started work on an item comparison feature, I'm looking for feedback on appearance. It sorts items 2 ways. First based on your valuations per stat (gems included based on defaults) and valued again as if you had 0 +hit gear equipped. (For comparing items when you are above the hit cap because of current item.)

Using my gear and some buffs as baseline:
In 1) ([Madness of the Betrayer] equipped as one of my trinkets -- trinket slot 1), I have a listed DPS of 2258.02.
In 4) (setting trinket slot to 'None', and adding 84 AP and 20 Hit Rating in the 'Hand Adjust' fields), I have a listed DPS of 2238.25. Comparing this to 1), I've seen a DPS loss. If the the Armor Penetration proc was not in some way added to my listed DPS, this would not have been the case.
In 5) (adding 170 Armor Penetration in the 'Hand Adjust' fields), I have a listed DPS of 2258.31. Comparing this to 1), my listed DPS is basically identical, with the small discrepancy most likely caused by not accurate enough +Armor Penetration value added in the 'Hand Adjust' field.

I also tested to see whether or not the trinket slot had anything to do with the reported issue. Swapping my trinkets around (so [Madness of the Betrayer] was in trinket slot 2), my listed DPS was identical in 1), 4) and 5).

Do you have any more details regarding this issue?

I seem to be having the same issue as Jander. Madness isn't getting the armor pen benefit. When I first started using the latest spreadsheet (ver 47) I noticed that the value of Madness suddenly got much lower than it used to in previousi spreadsheets.

I applied all those steps that you mentioned, Lactose, and the DPS from step 3 was indeed similar to the one from step 1.

I'm actually going to provide the ability to check versus your current hit or none.

There is a bug with [Madness of the Betrayer]. Cell Calculations!Q14 is actually checking for [Black Bow of the Betrayer], because I'm an idiot and didn't fully test the changes to +ArmPen procs logic I put in.

Will be corrected shortly. Work around is to change the hand-adjust field to equal the value in cell Calculations!Q104. Sorry about that.

There is a "hand adjust" area on the gear sheet. It's in blue. You can add any additional stats you'd like to it. Which enchant is missing? I should be able to get it added for you.

Hm, on your list, the Band of the Eternal Champion ranks second, but on the spreadsheet both Signet of Primal Wrath and Angelistas Revenge seem to be better for me, even without sunder, cor and other apen gear.... strange!

Regarding item comparisons, how about an option that takes into account swapping food buffs? One of the comparisons I constantly do with your spreadsheet is to see if it's good value to drop a +hit item and use +20 hit food instead of +20 agi food.

One example of this is dropping ye olde [Garona's Signet Ring] for [Angelista's Revenge], and swapping to +hit food gives me about an 11dps increase.

So the suggestion is as follows:

Add an option (in addition to the 2 you have) that allows a conversion of any +hit on the gear into +agi as a 1:1, and let people figure out where they are making the tradeoff (gems / item swaps etc).

The comparison example looks fine mate and I cannot wait to see the final version.

A few questions/suggestions though:
- Are you planning on limiting the list to 10 items or is that only for the beta version?
- Would it be worth it making a filter for say, PvP, Vendor, Badges, Quested, Crafted BoP and BoE items?

As first noted by RPZip in the DPS Warrior Compendium thread, the weapon damage part from [Adamantite Sharpening Stone] and [Adamantite Weightstone] now affects ranged damage:

After some testing, it seems it affects Auto-Shot and Multi-Shot, but (perhaps unsurprisingly - compare with ammo) not Steady Shot (and obviously not Arcane Shot).

Perhaps something to add to the spreadsheet.

Hmm Cheeky, the ring dps list you posted just seems to be wrong. As said earlier compared with your spreadsheet hard khorium and certainly hyjal exalted ring give less dps then badge/za/twin ring. Why would the hyjal exalted ring be higher? I dont know, but you might have left out the 45 second inner cooldown and for the hard khorium ring to have more dps by that big of a margin looks silly.

Things that would be nice to be added would be Fericous Inspiration by other BM hunters in the group and Blood Frenzy (warrior 4% more physical damage debuff) aswell as the weapon coating which I'm figuring is going to be out next version already. Though personally I really don't mind the FI/blood frenzy though since I can just do the math by myself.
