Guild Bank Mods: Converting Gold to DKP
 

In the past our guild has successfully used a dkp for donation system, whereby specific "farm list" items such as buff potions and elixers (or their regents) could be mailed to guild bank for dkp in return. We find this a very effective way for farming types to gain reward and recognition for their efforts, but to also keep the raid buffed when nescessary.

Pre TBC I used the mod Guildtools to track incoming mail. I was then able to modify the output via a multistep process in order to convert it to a format that allowed me to upload a raid into EQDKP to hand out the rewards so to speak. The process involved developing a complicated spreadsheet ... and simply too many steps.

Is there anything out there that can track incoming donations and award DKP via gold value's that can be set? Does anyone have a system like this in place that is successfull whilst delivering a low administrative burden?

Any thoughts?

There must some one out there with a miracle mod to administer guild donations. God knows nearly all casual guilds would love a mod to translate donation into DKP.

In broad terms, we want it to:

1. Track incoming mail per user
2. Check if mail items belongs to a "farm list"
3. If yes, then refer to $ value column (if no, ignore and bank)
4. Apply DKP:Gold ratio
5. Upon request output results to a saved file which can then be directly copied and pasted into EQdkp, or similar to impart the contributions dkp to the individuals.

Any budding mod designers/coders out there looking for fame and glory?
