Tracking toggler and display on same button?

I am tired of having two different things on my screen for herb tracking (the Find Herbs minimap button that shows if Find Herbs is active, and the "toggle find herbs" button on my action bars). Is there a way to combine these into one button? Basically I want to have it act exactly the way my Shadowform button does - clicking toggles it on or off, and when active the button has a lit-up border. Is this macro-able?

Fizzwidget's TrackMenu does something like what you want-it combines the minimap button into a selector menu for your different track (including gathering) skills. http://fizzwidget.com/trackmenu/
