I recently acquired http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30841 after reading the discussion in Healing Trinket Selection

The use effect is on a 1 minute cooldown, and I really don't need another thing to worry about every 60 seconds, so I plan to macro it with my renew spell.

I've used very simple macros in the past to accomplish this, for example

/use Talisman of Ascendance;
/cast FroBo

or

/use Bladefist's Breath
/cast faire fire (feral)

The problem with these is that it often takes more than one button press for the macro to work correctly. I can button mash with the best of them on my druid, but when playing a healing role, I'm much more exact and economical with button presses. I don't want to spam renew on someone, I want to renew them and move on to the next target.

Is it possible to make a macro that does this?

I'm not at my gaming computer, so i can't post my normal macro, but I have the normal "big numberz" macro as every other DPS class does.

General usage is as follows:

/cast Blood Fury
/stopcasting
/use 13
/stopcasting
/use 14
/stopcasting
/cast Rapid Fire

The "/use 13" and "/use 14" are using your trinket slots, and if you want to not have to press your macro button several times, you need to use the /stopcasting thing. As long as an ability does not activate the global cooldown (Such as activating trinkets, judging, using NS, etc.) should allow you to just cast them all at once.

Hope this was what you were looking for.

Here's a quick and dirty solution I use:

That activates your Prayerbook and casts Renew in a single button press. The first line will always evaluate false, but I can't ever be assed to find the correct icon for my spells when I make macros so I just pick the question mark. Then I put in a line to cast the spell I want that is always false, so it gets the correct icon
