Ok just updated my pitbull to the new one that is a package and a lot of the bugs are fixed. Now I have a new problem though. I can't seem to enable raid. Its in the dissabled list, but whenever I click it to enable it so I can configure it nothing happens.

I'd uninstall all the addon and settings files, reinstall from scratch.

Oh dear Elune! Took me like 35minutes just to get my solo and party ui set up. All the damn buff/debuff/scale/width/text took forever. I love that pitbull has all these options, but man it takes a while to get it where you want it. I'll try just re-installing pitbull first.

Hope it works out for ya. What version are you using btw? If you're at work, might want to try downloading the latest copy when you get home and see if that fixes your problems.

I'm doing it from home. I use the ace updated and just deleted all the files from addon folder then installed it. It works now, but yet another new problem pops up. When I try to changed name text nothing happens. I click on say standard or long and nothing happens the choice isn't highlighted or checked. yet if i click out of themenu and click back in its checked, but doesn't actively changed the text so I can look at them and see which i want. I had to resort to doing it custom and just using [Name]. Also when I opened raid config my computer nearly died and I have a very good comp I built myself. Opening 8 full party and party targets at the same time and putting them all on top of each other was murder. Took like 3minutes to just dissable them all. I don't even think I'll ever use the raid option now. I can't seem to figure out how I as a hunter want my raid ui set up. I can offer nor cleanse anything to other classes that would require me to have anything other than me and my target on screen. I would like to have all the tanks on for if I have to md, but theres no way to tell the raid ui to only show current tanks as 5man party. I been just opening the wow raid window and pulling out the tank in the group i'm not in and putting it below my party. I tried once to set up raid targets through pitbull and it was a total nightmare. I just gave up. I wish I could just click on a chars from party and get a choice to set as a tank and show his target like how pets are. Ok this got way longer than I thought it would so I'm gonna end it here.

If the tank or Main assist are not in your party, just use /focus and then enable focus's target to see what they are attacking.

Hm, I'm not sure that there's a way for you to do this to your satisfaction in PitBull, but if you use oRA2, the Player Targets feature is pretty much exactly what you're looking for.

I think I'm gonna try grid for when raiding. That way I can see everyone while taking up very little screen space and have room for either focus or mt targets.

After spending most of my time the past few months in SSC and TK, assigned to raid healing, I decided a needed a raid frame setup that would allow me to see very specific debuffs. I've been a huge fan of sRaidFrams for the longest time, but it just isn't as customizable as I'd want it to be. After trying out Grid, I found that the minimalistic appearance to Grid just doesn't work for me...though I love the customizability of it.
A fellow guildie, Pitbull user, and Addon Coder worked with me on Pitbull and I've been able to edit the .lua file in Auras to choose very specific debuffs I want to see.
For Example:
Watery Grave
Water Tomb
Insidious Whisper
Until any of the other raid frames will allow me to add an option to see very specific debuffs, I will be using Pitbull for raid frames, though I still love my Perl Classic for all other Unit Frames.
Basically, with a few coding reworks, I'm able to see my Buffs (Fortitude, Divine Spirit, Shadow Protection, Renew, Shield, etc), and the following Debuffs (any Magic, any Disease, Weakened Soul, Watery Grave, Water Tomb, Insidious Whisper, Wrath of the Astromancer, Mortal Strike...and any others I'd like to add to my specifics list).
I've only raided with it the past two days, but the bugs I'm experiencing are far less of a concern for me than the benefits of being able to see Buffs and Debuffs at the same time, and filtering out the Debuffs I really don't care about.
Here is a SS of my current set up. Being as I've only had this for two days and had very little time to tweak it, I'm still incredibly happy with how it turned out. My only major complaint is when raid groups are switched around in combat causes a hiccup where class colors and names get mixed up.

Wow, thats very nice! Would love to see a guide on how your friend and yourself were able to show specific debuffs.
Edit: Also what layout are you using for the bars?

Grid is also able to display specific indicators/icons/borders/colors for all buffs/debuffs.

PerfectRaid - it didn't (does now, I believe) "support" Lifebloom, it took me maybe a minute to configure it to support it... using the in-game configuration. It won't show you the debuff icon - you pick letters (let's say, WG), a color, and there you go.
Edit: Oops, I thought I was in the raid frames thread. Don't mean to detract from Pitbull - I love it for everything pre-raid, and this was a specific request that I thought this was helpful for.
