I have a question, how do you setup a tank in the raid to show up in raid frame? I've tried setting the person as main tank but it gives me some sort of error, and I can't seem to set a main tank to show up on pitbull frames.

Short question (sorry if it was answered before):
Does Pitbull's aura module still holds back FPS or cause any performance problems?

Cast bar font size
I'm having trouble finding out how I can change the font size of the cast bars for my party frames.
My frames are quite small so when someone casts something the name of the spell gets merged with the players name and their remaining health.
I'm sure the option is in there somewhere, but I cant for the life of me find where.

I've been using and loving Pitbull for a little while now, but often (especially in Arena's where things die / targets change often) both the portrait, the health/other bar and even the name fail to update, the consequence being I target say the priest and for all intent and purpose he appears dead to me (when he is in fact not). It might be an issue with my particular version of Pit, I will try updating it.

I have this issue as well. A similar issue is druid form info not updating (so it will claim that our druids are in tree or flight form when in fact they aren't).
A little annoying.

I used to have problems with it and had to turn off Aura module. A couple of weeks before patch I tried to enable it and it worked nicely! However now, after patch, it's back to old again, slowdowns, hiccups etc. that make it impossible to use in 25 person raids.
No big changes to add-ons I use, just updates as usual. No idea really what causes this.

I've yet to be able to load a profile from another char to use as a starting point. Seems to keep my interface for each character ok though.

I have tried different things, I'd like to remove to aggro color from over-writing my character health bar colors. This aggro color is default to red, if i change it to say white, my health bar goes white in combat if i have aggro. Anyone got any clue what to do in this case?

Check mine and Deslim's posts in the Post your Interface thread for details, it is possible.

Anyway to do it for just one frame, in this case the ToT.

1) Make sure the profile choice for the character that you're importing to is set to "Character:Name"
2) Then load the other profile you want to use
3) /reloadui
It will load the profiles, but won't execute them till a relog/forced UI reload.
//edit:
Have two questions of my own -
1) Pitbull will conflict with Buffalo, causing the Blizzard Buffs to stay up until I either reclick the "Hide Blizzard Frames" in Pitbull or put Buffalo on standby and then activate it again. Any idea how to permanently fix that one ? Used to have that problem in 2.2, but going from Buffalo2 to Buffalo sorted that one out.
2) I've seen screenies with Raid Group ID being shown - something like [2] [RaidMember Name]
How to get those going ?

Disable the Banzai module, it is the agro recolor thing.
A question of my own:
Anyone know how to change the Combo Point settings? Pitbull only allows you to change the location, but the size is the main problem. I've heard that you can edit the graphic file but whenever I do that it doesn't show up. I know I'm making correct tga's with alpha channels, but I can't get it to work.

You mean in raidchat? That would be Prat most likely. Or did I misunderstand?

Nope, Raid health bars.
Found the answer - Dog tags. Now to get that to work right and I'm golden.
Anyone else have that problem with Buffalo and Pitbull clashing in standard blizzard buff surpression ?
//edit:
Okay, got the Dog Tag part... however, where the flying duck is the option to edit it in!?
Ever since Pitbull switched to Rock it's been bloody impossible to find anything in the config.
Can find the [Name] tag perfectly fine in Player -> Text... but in Raid, the only text I'm getting is [Combat]. Will editing it in the Player section work automatically on the Raid groups too ? And I'm not overly interested in seeing Raid Group displayed on the player frame.
//edit2: Skip the above edit - found it. Took enabling the "Raid Configuration" mode before the option I needed became available.

Since 2.3 hit live, has anyone else noticed lagging and spiky fps drops when switching target in combat and using unfiltered buffs and debuffs on target frame? Disabling all auras on target frame does help here, but it's quite nice to see buffs and debuffs of your target when healing stuff. In 2.2.x I didn't experience this issue at all.
I can of course learn to live with filtered buffs and debuffs, but since this issue came with 2.3, I started to think that maybe I'm not the only one suffering from this. Or am I?

I noticed it reviewing my fraps of various kills last week. There was a good 1-2 second lag spike when I changed targets from a hostile to a friendly.

I searched this thread but I can't seem to find the info, hopefully this hasn't been asked before. I'm using Pitbull's raid frames in a PerfectRaid type setup. For the life of me though I cannot figure out a way to not show groups 6-8 where I put our bench people during the night. Anybody have any idea how I do this?

There's an option in the 'Raid' section, where you can filter what groups are showing. I'm reinstalling WoW at the moment, so I'm sorry I can't tell you anything more exact, but it is defiantly there. I have groups 6-8 on perma-hide.

There's a new module or whatever called Pitbull_AltAura you can get from the aceupdater that describes itself as doing the auras in an alternative way. Gonna check it out.

I do not know if this has been answered or asked before, but since 2.3 I've experienced that frames fade in and out all the time from having a low alpha to a solid 1 value, and then particularly when I'm near my focus target.
It has been quite irritating, and the playerframe has a low alpha value when I'm not in combat, and it goes up to 1 when I'm in combat.
I don't know how to change it, and I've looked through fading options for health bars etc but that was the health/power depletion.
Can anyone help?

Uncheck the Combat Fader option in the Modules menu; it's most likely causing the problem you're describing.
