Hello there. Thank you for an outstanding mod - huge fan. I only have one minor issue regarding Pitbull frames, and that is the castingbar when casting a channeling effect. If you push another spell(or the same ie mindflayx2) rapidly after starting the channeling effect, the castingbar dissapears. In addition hitting a spell (in my case mind blast) on cooldown while channeling, results the same.
Long story short; is there a way to force the channeling effect to stay in the castingbar, when hitting other spells on cooldown? It is really annoying when you spam mindblast while channeling mindflay.

I think these are great unitframes, the only downside I am having right now is buff/debuff filtering. AGUF had a smarter filtering system while these just use the default Blizzard filtering. So for priests, PW:Shield buff icon will show up but not the Weakened Soul debuff that accompanies it. It would be near perfect if you were able to filter which buffs/debuffs you want shown on each frame, kind of like OzRaid's filtering options.

I've been using them too lately, and I've been very pleased. However, I can't seem to find an option to display the party targets, as shown in the screen shot in the very first post. Could anyone possibly point me in the right direction? I don't seem to see it under the disabled frames menu...

I'll make a screenshot of my current setup tonight. I've switched from grid to keeping pitbull for raiding. For some reason grid wasn't updating healthbars correctly.

I had the impression Pitbul came with its own cast bar mod, but I can't seem to get it to pop up. I've been using CBRipOff from WowAce and have had issues with it while during heal-cancelling (sometimes the bar doesn't update properly), so I've been looking to replace it. Anyone know if Pitbul does indeed have its own cast bar mod, and how to enable it properly?
Also, does anyone know if there's a way to reposition the raid target symbols in Pitbul target frames? I'm very used to having it off to the side, and scaled a lot bigger then the default setting.
Overall great mod though, been loving making the transition.

If you open up the configuration on your player frame you can enable a casting bar; this casting bar is attached to the frame though, it's not a separate casting bar as you're probably used to.

So for most of the frames, there's an option to change the "Class Text" display around, in particular to only display player classes. However, this option just isn't there for some reason on the Target's Target window. Am I just missing something?

For some reason a lot of options are missing from the drop down menus unless you have that frame visible. Target yourself and the option should appear.

Due to how Pitbull is designed, I believe you can't change certain options on frames if they currently don't exist, that is one of the main reasons for configuration mode after all.

Here's a WoW Ace updater for OS X:

Only change I had to make was setting the target site in the preferences to:
http://files.wowace.com
It's a little clunky, but a heck of a lot easier than using Automator scripts to update addons.

Yeah I actually *just* figured out yesterday to change the location it gets its files from. At which point it cheerily decided to delete about half my ace addons without me even telling it to install or uninstall anything.
After an hour worth of "oops forgot that one", and updating, I finally have everything working, however.
The files.wowace.com thing was the key. Just, err, back up your addons folder before even starting the macaceupdater, rather than before clicking the install button, heh.

I'm having a weird, weird problem with Pitbull - for some reason, the Raid module is showing all 40-odd people as party members. I've tried frotzing basically all the options, and it remains constant.

Have you actually changed the settings for how the frames themselves look? I know by default(or by default when I set mine up) the raid frames used 3d character portraits and cast bars and were just as large as my party frames, I know the first time I ever saw them I figured it was doing what you described but after some tooling around it just turned out that they looked the exact same way as the party frames but were still raid frames that just needed some tooling around with.
Maybe what you're expeiriencing is different but your problem sounded like mine.

I changed to these unitframes yesterday...
Whenever I'm in a party, the frames do show up, but the first Party frame has "Party" above it, which is -really- annoying.
Any way to remove this?

Having trouble getting Surfaces OR Shared Media working, any tips on what to do? Finding a help file was futile

I disabled it and then upon trying to re-enable it, I can't find how to get it up again? I clicked the Enable in the drop down box then disabled the addon, now I have no way to seem to get it back enabled.
