Proc and buff watching addons

I've been trying to find a good addon to let me track talent-related procs (weapon/trinket procs that create buffs/debuffs as well). Best on myself and on other targets. Examples would be tracking proc rates and duration of Imp AotH (self buff proc) or Exposed Weakness (target debuff proc).

I know of the old ProcWatch by Gello (http://www-en.curse-gaming.com/downl...watch-updated/)

But it doesn't track buffs/debuffs going up but combat log text through parsing for lines. I hope to find a buff scanner because it will be free of ambiguities.

ProcMeter (http://www-en.curse-gaming.com/downl...063/procmeter/)

Also tracks weapon procs in a similar fashion but isn't as neatly customizable as Gello's where one can just add new proc names in.

The old Fubar ProcWatchFu (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info4847.html) looks good in principle but again uses combat log text for tracking, requires old FuBar and Ace 1.0.

There are few addons that track buffs generically but haven't found one that would be really good to measure long term timing and proc rates.

Have I missed some that might do what I look for?

Not really sure how you missed this discussion about the spell watch addon in the UI forum here but it's worth checking out

SpellWatch doesn't exactly do what I was looking for, as I'd hope to keep proc counts, not just see a timer when a proc is up. I.e. I'm not looking for a timer-bar mod but one that keeps track of debuff statistics. Of course if SpellWatch could be extended to keep that information (because it certainly sees everything that's relevant) that'd be great.
