Debuff monitoring/tracking/announcing
Im looking for a way of monitoring debuffs on target, similar to debuff filter. But I want announce capabilities. Debuff filter is great for visual monitoring, but I want to be able to announce to the raid, or through a whisper, when sunder/demo/faerie fire/recklessness/etc drop.
