Which addon is this?

Wondering which addon did the guy use to have these windows and where might I download it. I think I already have the font so thats not an issue.
I'm aware that they are just part of the PhotekUI compilation but I just want the stand-alone addon.

Also I'd like to know the addon which brings up your currently equipped gear slot next to the tooltip anchor if you mouseover a loot through a vendor, trash drop, etc.

For the addon that changes the layout I believe it is called "Skinner" (correct me if I am wrong here) which you can get from http://www.wowace.com/wiki/Skinner

but for the one that shows current item you have on is called "EquipCompare" which is one of the many out there, you can find it at http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/downl.../equipcompare/

This is default behavior in 2.1.
