WowAce updater problems

I'm having issues with WAU and I can't seem to find an answer on the wowace forums, so I thought I'd try here.

When I set it to update my installed addons, it goes through the process and skips the up-to-date addons properly; but the ones WAU should download it makes the attempt to, but gives this error:

PitBull - Updating to rev 34248
Downloading... done.
Extracting ZIP file... done.
FAILED: Could not load file or assembly 'ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib, Version=0.85.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1b03e6acf1164f73' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Deleting ZIP file... done.

Dunno what that's all about. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you are missing the dll that provides the unzipping functionality. Re-download v1.7 final.

This is probably a question you could have asked on the wowace forums were in fact this type of question is answered multiple times.

I used to get this when I would close the WAU zip file when running WAU itself. Not that I'm an expert in stuff like this but when I kept zip file open when running WAU there are no issues, when I closed it I would get your error.

Just to get that clear, you are running WAU from inside its distribution zip file?
You are supposed to extract it and then run it.

Yeah, I run it from the distribution zip which is probably what the poster is doing. There is no issues as long as I keep the zip file open. I should probably extract it like any normal person though.

Brando's solution stopped the error and now WAU does it's thing like it should, so I'll just roll with it. Thanks for the help!
