I am in the market for new buff bar as elkBuffBar is not cutting it as well as I've noticed odd behavior with it. If I target myself it displays mini version of it next to my target frame. This is only if I target myself.

What I am wondering is this. Is there an mod that allows you to move default buff bar around and resize it. I would love to be able to just resize the default buff bar, shrink the spacing in-between the buffs/debuffs and move it to the top of my screen.

And I'm looking for a buff bar that intelligently sorts buffs or lets me customize it. I want all of my blessings side-by-side. I want fort/mark/int/spi all side by side. i want my very short term buffs (Battle shout, flurry, unleashed rage, lightning speed) grouped together.

I'm using Buffalo now and like the look and options to customize the size and placement.

I don't have that particular bug so it might be that some other addon is actually to blame. But either way. I suggest that you try the beta Ebb of the wowace repository. Its got a lot more configuration options and it seems to be the heir apparent.

well I think technically ebb is elanko's buff bars.

Buffalo from wowace.com is basically exactly that.

The beta elkbuffbars are worth trying out. I've been using it about a week and it does everything I need. It even let me change the bar texture to match what I have quartz and pitbull using.

That 'mini version' sounds alot like Quartz, if you have it installed open the Quartz options and disable the buffs module.

You've got it right. I've only realized what it was when I went back to my hunter whose Quartz was default size. On my priest I've extended it a bit so the mini buff came up with it under my target frame.

I use Satrina Buff Frames (2.1 version)

It's simple and flexible. It doesn't do anything fancy.
