You could try to solve this via DogTags:
LibDogTag-3.0 - WowAce Wiki

You can put your DogTag into:
Pitbull (e.g. Target Unit fram)
CowTip (Tooltip)
Statblock (just a movebale Block, where you can place the DogTag)

I am pretty sure the castbar can be enabled under the interface options and you could get name plate mods like Aloft to change up the name plates.

WoW Map Viewer looks in your data files and you can navigate around different maps to take screenshots etc. You can get it from here

Does anyone know the mod that gives you values of certain spells on your action bar? I've seen it used a lot by healers and it will show the average heal value a certain spell gives.

The mods name is Numen.

Both can be found on the World of Warcraft Addons - WowAce.com site.

It's probably done with Pitbull just like the other Unitframes.

Those raid frames look to be Pitbull, but may also be AG_UF if I recall correctly. That would be why it doesn't show explicity in the addon list.

I was wondering what addons out there would allow me to see the Pain and Vamp durations that I have cast in a bar format? Is there any bar duration addons that let you click on the bar and recast the spell it is showing the duration of on the target of the duration? Thanks.

I just recently switched to Mutilate and need to isolate my buffs and watch them much more closely than normal. Is there a mod which allows you to isolate a few buffs (SnD, FW, DP, etc) away from the normal stack of buffs?

Elkano's Buff Bars will separate specific buffs/debuffs very nicely. You can make it as simple as only showing your buffs, or as detailed as creating a set that shows only the party buffs each class has, or your consumables. Takes some setting up (run a raid with it installed, but hidden, so that it can gather some buff names), but it's very easy to get it to do almost anything you could want with separating out buffs/debuffs.

Thanks for responding however I guess I'm looking for something that can track (in bar style if possible) mutli-targets with SW Pain, etc. I would love to find something that you could click on the spell icon on the duration bar and have that particular spell recast on the particular enemy the bar represents.

I have had this mod before but for the life of me can not remember what it was. When a mob(boss) targets you it makes your screen flash. I was wanting this most for Conflag by the Twins.

Flash alert for conflag warning would be part of Bigwigs. Navigate "Bigwigs > Extras > Flash'N'Shake"


Edit:
Never seen a dot timer that allows you to target a unit, especially not recast on the target. Your best bet would be to get a dot timer that clumps dots depending on which unit they are on and then recast yourself.

Basically I remember this:
You can't make mods that have clickable bars for all units nearby. A player has to be targetting them for this function. The way that Proximo circumvents this does not work with npcs.

I also thought CowTip was the addon that hides the item icon but this addon only affects units/targets/mobs etc..

I will post a picture of the addons that this UI includes too in case anybody can 'detect' what addon hides the item icons.
