i BELIEVE and i could be WAY off base, but some one could set that up with sct or msbt could they not?
I would be interested in seeing if there is a mod for this set up.

The buttons appear to be part of the cyCirlced_Vol package.

I was thinking perhaps Eavesdrop.

I was too, but if it is Evesdrop, 99% of it is turned off.

I love the look of it, and if it is Eavesdrop, have no idea how to make it look like 9&10.

Agree with the pooclops.
Think it is simply MSBT (or SCT) with outgoing damage on the left eepanel and incoming on the right eepanel.* Fairly clever use of space, though I'm not sure my eyes could gather that info with the color and position they are in.
*Likely eepanel, but anything that lays down a texture would work.

Yeah, I can see that working. Thanks for the help!
As far as I know from a friend, Eavesdrop cannot be made to look like that. Hopefully someone knows it's name(if it is a mod that is)

I'm wondering if there's a mod that helps outline your screen. Like gridlines or something.
I want to centralise some eepanels, and its difficult to judge now.

Sorry for more questions! How can I apply the Litestep look to eePanels, is it an imported style, or do you make it manually on the settings?

LiteStep is a texture.
If it isn't in the list make sure you install SharedMedia ( WowAce downloads).

Simple Bag Mod...?
As a whole, I like the blizzard bag system. I have tried all of the big bag mods (onebag, baggins, arkinventory), and I feel they do too much, and just make life more difficult for me. I like being able to open one or more of my 5 available bags and knowing exactly where to look for said item. However, I don't like the excess bulkyness of the blizzard bags. My ideal bag mod would look like Baggins, except it would just have 5 windows, 1 for each bag.
I have been looking for a while, and have not seen a mod like this. I'm not even sure it exists. I have not figured out a way to modify one of the above mentioned to act this way, either.

That was my first thought, but I wasn't aware it was possible to move incoming/outgoing dmg/power/etc into seperate windows.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking for, but if all you're looking for is to be able to have your 5 bags displayed normally, but just in a different location on the screen, it takes a little while to configure just how you like it, but I believe Sanity Bags can accomplish this for you.

Is there a mod that tells you (or reasonably guess) how long the interrupt effect is on your opponent?

Hey, I'm looking for a mod that can substitute for NECB in terms of duration/debuff bars. I use Dfilter, but I like the approach better. I don't need the mod to have cast bars ( I use Quartz target/focus bars for that), but if I could get bar timers for things like sheep, nova, Water Elemental, etc, preferably customizable for simply me/my target/focus, that would be great. I was thinkin CCWatch, but couldn't find an updated version (although Curse is down ATM). Thanks

Natur's Enemy Castbar can do this (NECB for short, found at http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/2786/).

You're looking for Antagonist I believe, though I'm not sure if it's caught up to NECB with how much it shows.

I did get postal installed, However i was disapointed to find out that it did not have a mass mail option.
Is there a mail mod that provides the following options:
Mass-mail (outgoing)
open all
Auto name fill ins from guild / friends list or similiar

The mass mail technique on postal works differently (but not worse!) than other mods, such as the old ct_mailmod.
Just fill in the name of the recipient in the normal mail interface. Then any alt-click on items in your inventory mails them to that recipient, without having to fill in the name again. It achieves the same result as other mass-mail functionality I've seen, without needing extra user interface elements.
