Zone Completition

With the upcoming Achievement for having fully discovered all of Azeroth, Kalimdor, and soon to be Northrend I was wondering if there was a mod out there that would specifically tell you just how close you are to having a specific zone "completed"?

I could have sworn that this addon at leasts exists, I just can not for the life of me remember the name of it and have been completely unsuccessful in finding it myself.

I have a squarish monitor but I enjoy how the game looks at the 1280x800 wide resolution. This leaves extra blank space above and below, and I'd like to reclaim it. However, this is the maximum resolution in wide format the game seems to offer me.

Is there a way to use a mod such as Aperture to force the world view itself into a 1280x800 wide format and mod addons into the blank areas? It doesn't seem likely but if anyone knows it would be here. Thanks.

Another question: I used to have a mod that would show the prices of items in the tooltip, and would auto-sell all grey items at a vendor with one button. I've been looking but can't seem to find it. Any help?

I seem to recall seeing a fubar plugin that did the selling of grays, but I can't remember the name of it. For the item prices in the tooltip, I use the auctioneer pack and that comes with informant, which shows that kind of thing

Index of /AutoProfitX/

It doesnt show the grey-item prices, but it sells all your grey loot at once if you want it.

Sellfish makes a database of item values.

tekJunkSeller will auto sell grays when you are at a vendor.

GarbageFu will allow you to click to drop the lowest value gray (or any other color threshold of your selection) item to free up bag space. It has alot of features you can read about through the link such as auctioneer value caching.

Thanks for that. Is there a quest counter one as well? Would be nice to have as my guild is a bunch of non-raiding slags at the moment.

Whats the name of the addon for DPS'ers that shows your current AP, along with weapon speeds?

Try Statblocks_Ranged Stats or Stablocks Melee_stats to show weapon speed, AP, Crit rating etc in a line.

Thanks but that wasn't quite what I was looking for. I remember seeing a movie when this guy had an addon that alerted him when him or his arena teammate was being targeted with polymorph, fear or anything like that so he was able to earth shock it.(obviously he was a shaman.)

Also, does anybody know of an addon that tells you when one of your spells is ready? (the cool down has ended)

There are alot of different ways for a mod to track and display cooldowns.

Forte Warlock: Look at the "cooldown timer". It is popular because of the unique and compact logarithmic single bar timer.

Ghost Pulse: Flashes the spell in question's icon at a larger scale quickly to alert the user upon a cooldown's completion.

MSBT: Scrolling combat text mods generally contain textual cooldown alerts. They do have more than just that though.

Power Auras: Gives visual queues for buffs, debuffs, cooldowns, and many others. It doesn't flash the spell icon like Ghost Pulse does, instead it display images or text that you can see through the link.

Cooldown Buttons: I find this mod to be redundant if you have your action bars displayed but it brings up a row of buttons with cooldown durations and can flash a text notification for when a cooldown comes up.

Omnicc: Puts the time of the cooldown on the spell/item in question. It can also can flash the icon when the spell is available to use again. It is very simple but a must have.

Last edited by Silly_Syra : 09/29/08 at 5:19 PM. Reason: Added Cooldown buttons and omnicc

What I'm looking for is something for after-combat analysis (ie. after a raid boss attempt), where I can bring up a (near) full-screen view of the full combat log, and scroll through it easily, whilst hopefully formatting it in a clear fashion.

Blizzard's combat log doesn't have quite the customization I require, but most of the combat log mods I can find with a quick search are about cutting down the combat log, which is not what I want - I never look at the combat log in combat, I use a scrolling combat text mod for that - I want something that will give me the gory details when I've got time to go through it.

Any suggestions?
I'm looking for the same thing. Hitsmode was suggested. But I think that's not what we want because it doesn't allow post combat filtering, only if you have setup a filter before combat you end up with the right data.

I had a look at Omniscience from openrdx, it's bassicly what I'm looking for but it requires everyone in the raid to install openrdx.

So what I'm looking for is a searchable/filterable post combat combatlog capturing all data from everyone in the raid. Does this exist?

Displaying omen in Aloft.

There was discussion previously about showing omen ( or some form of threatlib ) in Aloft perhaps as a dropdown bar. I've searched for quite a while now and still havn't been able to find anything on this, is it even still possible?

Hey. I know Quartz has a cast bar that takes into account your lag, and it also has a swing timer, but is there a mod that displays your swing timer taking into account your lag? I've looked through the Quartz options and I can't see any option to turn it on so I assume Quartz doesn't have it. I'm really looking to maximize my dps and rage/threat generation when wrath comes out.

You may need to download a specific buttonfacade plugin for bartender. Some people haven't written their addons for seamless working with buttonfacade. If you still can't find the plugin cycircled is another addon that does that kind of thing. it was written before people did buttonfacade, so it works without plugins, but I hear that cycircled is not being supported anymore

This is kind of the opposite of the thread, but I am trying to find a name of an addon that is doing something.

There 3 icons on the screen in total. The combustion one shows up after I use up combustion, normally its very transparent so that you can't see the outline unless you look into the sky.
The scorch icon shows up any time I scorch a mob. There is also a transparent icon above the scorch icon and to the left of the combustion icon. I thought the scorch icon was scorchio but I already deleted scorchio from my addons folder. Does anyone know what addons these are? I have already looked through my addon folder and none of my addons should be doing this.

Are there any addons that assist in cleaning up a Pally's interface for after the patch? With 6-7 Seals, 3 Judgements, and 4 Hands, that's a lot of buttons that's out there.
