Quick question: What is UI Scaling, what does it do, and specifically when someone says, "I'm using UI Scaling 1.0" what benefit are they hoping to get out of it?

Hi, I was looking at the warlock thread, and I saw a warlock using this UI.

I was wondering what the mod was that lets you put everything at the bottom, the threat meter, damage meter, chat, etc. More precisely, what the rectangular black space is, lol. Excuse my english too please.

Does anyone know off the top of their head which XPerl component it is that displays who's missing buffs? You could do chat/channel reporting as well as see it in the buff's tooltip.

SL Tracking will allow you to move or hide it.

Squeenix also hides it (as well as a few buttons).

Hey,

I can recognise alot of the addons used in this UI, but some are a riddle to me. Like, for example how to make a layer behind the buffs etc pp (is it skinner or eepanels?)
It would be very nice if someone could give me a hint what these specifc addons are:

(oh yes, i made few grammar mistakes -__-)

Tinytip or Cowtip for the tooltip
Buffalo2 for the buffs (Or possibly Morganti's, but Morganti's isn't ACE'd.)
Omen isn't actually shown. The threat panel is from Assessment. You don't need another mod to change the look of Assessment or Grid. Just play around with their own options.

I don't know what the cooldown mod is, but I'd like to know.
