Which one? the panel?
In that case it's a custom panel made by lua, Lyn created it for his ui... You can do it with eepanels though

I recently upgraded my monitor and graphics card (my height is now bigger than what my width used to be) and it occurred to me how dull my unit frames are. I currently use agUF but trying to modify it left me feeling deflated. What there is to change around is horribly static but looking around, I found this. I tried it and it didn't work, I tried the suggested fix in the comments and that didn't work, which is a shame because I really liked the look of some of them.
Anyway, if nobody knows of a fix for that (which I'm not expecting), what are some unit frames that are similar to agUF but are graphically customizable to a decent degree? I'm not looking to break the mould here, just perhaps have a few preset options that are flexible enough to create something a little custom and pretty.
If at all relevant, the only thing I use my unit frames for are myself, my target and my target of target. My party and raid frames are all dealt with using Grid.
Thanks.

It does considerably more than Mr. Plow when configured, but I really like Baggins for auto-sorting my bags. It will also organize your bank if you want. It's still in beta for 3.0, so I've occasionally noticed some odd issues (counting empty slots of craft-specific bags incorrectly, hard to get back to the default bank/bag view without disabling completely).
The defaults are pretty good for basic use, but here's my config. The bag filters are all stored in the Default profile, so you should just be able to drop it in your account's SavedVariables folder and it will work for all your characters.

I want to upgrade the look of my ui. I like really much the icon on the bars and buff frame in this screenshot: ImageShack - Hosting :: wowscrnshot010308182525tc6.jpg
White border around icons and the light effect on them... I must have them! What addon does that?
Also, I want a cool looking unitframe. I've used pitbull for a long time and I grow bored of it. I saw some frame done with pitbull but totally different from the standard ones. Any suggestion is appreciated.
As an example: I like the black bar and class color on the name layout of the screenshot's unit frame (but I don't think that's pitbull).

Those are Pitbull unit frames.
He has replaced pitbull's default aura border in the files with a custom aura border. The black change is done either through individual panel's color options, through the all panel choice, or the default colors panel. /pitbull
Edit the dogtag's within pitbull to get customized text output. /dog (maybe /dogtag or /dogtag) will bring up a menu explaining what the tags do. It is also an option to pick through the variety of premade tags through the drop down menu for texts i.e. Player Frame > Text > Name.
Sorry that these aren't exact, server isn't up yet.
Oh and those portraits aren't from pitbull, he used a model drawing mod to put them in there. I don't think that mod was updated for 3.0 and the name is eluding me... something like Zuaxna's Citizen Portrait or Model something.

I'm trying to look for an Addon which shows the cooldowns of all of my abilities.
Can't find any.
I don't want it to show buff cooldowns, just cooldowns of my abilities.
Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Healing mod
I've been looking for this healing mod for quite some time. What it does, is it shows a bar (defaulted just above your action bars in the center of the screen) that shows the target's current health bar presently, and what it will be after your heal hits. It also shows approximate overheal based on an average of what your heals hit for.
If ANYONE remembers this, please tell me. I'd love to have it again.

That is a built in feature of pitbull. Called EstimatedHeal or something along those lines.

Grid also has a function with healing predictions. It's built into the main addon, you don't need a pluggin for this

Actually I found it! It's called VisualHeal for those of you that would like to look into it.
And you were right, it was in Pitbull.

Thus far, I've tried Cartographer and been more annoyed with it more than anything. I don't really care for the scroll-zoom capability. MetaMap's ability to just take regular-looking map and put it in a resized window along with coordinates and the ability to function with Gatherer and QuestHelper were all I really needed.
I also tried Carbonite which seems to have included its own map. Ouch. The map flickers.
Edit: grammar

There's a fan update for Metamap that's been working ok. We're hoping for an update from the creator. I use his MetaHud as well, and really had a hard time finding anything as good as his set of tools.

I want to move the <Alliance || Horde > control-bar that appears whenever you're capping stuff, such as the towers in EotS/Terrokar or the Stadium/Overlook/Broken Hill in Hellfire Peninsula.
However, when I tried the above addon, all I got was 'World Frame' when trying to grab the frame name. That won't don't much I fear...
Same story with Move Anything - can't grab that sole bar. I have no intention of moving the mini map it appears to be attached to as well.

It might be in the same situation as the chatframe then... If you try to get the chats framename you get WorldFrame... You could see how Mickelus does it in the addon radar or dig around wowwiki. Then when you find out the name you can make an addon to move it
Taking a wild guess here, CaptureBar... If it works it'd be something like:
CaptureBar:ClearAllPoints()
CaptureBar:SetPoint("ANCHOR", xvalue, yvalue)

I'm looking for a well done mod that tracks quests completed and perhaps shows quests you have yet to pick up for a zone. I'd like to cover everything in Northrend, for example, and know what I have and haven't done when I look back in a month or two.
I found this in a search on curse, as one option, but wonder what folks might recommend: EveryQuest - Addons - Curse

That's not exposed in the API, is it? I know blizzard keeps that information, but if there's any way to access it from the client, I'd love to know.

No, I'm sure it isn't exposed. I think the mod I linked has a list of quests per zone taken from wowhead or the like, and attempts to check them off as you complete them. It probably also adds quests to your list as you discover them, if they weren't on the list already, and I am hoping it allows you to manually check off quests you completed prior to installing the mod.

That's a shame. I'm looking for a good way to find and do all of the quests in the old world, and it's been a VERY long time since I went through the first time on my main -.-
If anyone has a solution to that problem, please pm me!

Tou could try Simple Minimap simpleMinimap - Addons - Curse. It allows you to unlock all the frames linked to your minimap, such as the quest tracker, the repair dummy, the capture bar and surely some others I'm forgetting right now; it also allows you to move and reskin your Minimap, but if you just want to leave it alone it's doable too.
Also, Squeenix Squeenix - Addons - Curse should have similar functionality, but I have only passing experiene with that mod.
