Is there an addon that would create a button or a slash command or something to disable Divine Plea? There are loads that automatically disable Salvation (and can be edited to drop Divine Plea), but I want a button I can push to cancel Divine Plea, so when I think the tank's fine and put DivPlea up but the boss enrages, I often misclick and click away Divine Favor or some buff. Anyone got a clue?

You can do this yourself actually with most action bar mods. Just create a bar consisting of a single button, then put a macro in it with:

try that macro
First click cast DP, second click cancel if active.
Just make sure you don't double click it or it will remove your DP.

Hey, I was wondering if there was an addon that alerted you when and what spells you could interrupt.

Looks like Cooldown buttons.

I think you would be best off using TellMeWhen for that (and set the buttons to the amount of interrupts you have).
You can make the buttons show when you can use your interrupts, and maybe you can drag the targetcastbar (like Quartz comes with) around to make it go just under the TMW button.

Just an idea, if there actually is an addon for this feel free to post it!

I used to use tiny AP but it seems it has been discontinued and evolved into tiny stats

I'm looking for a mod that allows me to change the color of the names above players in my guild. Sort of how people on your friends list have light blue names, and enemies are yellow/red. Does this exist?

And for the battleground timers, DeadlyBossMods is probably one of the better around here, and if you don't use it while raiding (or any other boss mod), you fail. Quite badly.

Any number of unit frame addons - Pitbull, Stuf, as an example, both are highly configuarble and will accomplish what is show in that screenshot.
