Forgive me if this is the wrong forum for this question.
What is the font used in the following image, specifically for the player name/guild?

I'm looking for a mod to show all the debuffs on the mob I'm targeting in a nice clean list view (similar to Elkano's Buff Bars). Thanks.

Satrina's Buff Frames can do this for you, and has pretty much every feature Elkano's does, plus some extras.
AzCastBar also has a target aura plugin that will do what you're looking for.

You can use EBB for that; create a new anchor and you can configure it to display your target's info. I can't remember the menu text verbatim, but scroll through and you'll find it.

Looking for a mod that allows me to display a list of select groups in my raids and their targets,
something I can disable IE all mages, warlocks, allow only rouges to be visible or any class I wish for.
Something I can set up to look like this:
Rogue1 - Rogue1's target
Rogue2 - Rogue2's target
Warrior1 - Warrior1's target
You get the picture, it doesnt require health to be visible although it would be a nice bonus.
I mainly need this for monitoring target switching on important events, big brother kind of thing,
see who's being slow.
Saw something like this ages ago and I cant remember for the life of me what the name was.

That could be done with ora²'s PlayerTarget feature.

If you use Pitbull, I'm fairly sure you can sort the raid by class, and then turn on raid targets.
You may also be able to do this with Shadowed Unit Frames.

I'm using SUF, but can't find that.
My question is related - SUF does not support MT targets. Is there an addon that does (only) that? Can't seem to get anything to show with oRa either.
//edit: Scratch that. Found the problem in oRa2, so it's working now at least. Even if it's looking shit.

You can manually set MT Frames in ora² by
/ora set mt [numberoftank] [playername]
if you are raidassistant or raidlead.
edit: 'though it would be nice to get another addon doing this.
I don't want to use ace² addons beside ace³ anymore cause of
mem/cpu usage (running all addons no-lib here).

This did the trick, thanks.
I ran the search option back for about 180 pages and found no (Rogue) energy addon that is still being updated.
Anyone know an energy addon that allows me to change its width and height that does not have
combo points built into it?
If you know of none, suggestions for similar addons with combo points will suffice.

I recently redid my UI and all the sudden my name plates turn on when going into combat and then turn back off when I go out of combat. I use Aloft but I don't see an option for this. Any ideas?

Aloft does have this feature through one of its optional modules.
Use " /aloft waterfall " to open the config, click on "modules" on the left, and check to see if "AloftAutoShow" is checked off.

This is not exactly right thread but I hope someone can help me.
I'm using Ag_unitframe and I cant find place where I can change target debuffs size. Those are too small to find fast something important.
Picture 1
I find in options how to change columns and where buffs are (above etc.) but nothing about size.

Now I'm also looking for an addon that lets you move your camera free i.e in an instance to get some better views for movies etc. I believe Bendak used this addon in his newest, and great, movie ( Conquering Ulduar: Part 1 By Bendak (Llane) - World of Warcraft Movies ). But I havent been able to ask him what addon it is, so I thought I'd try here.

Up until now, my hands-on experience with most addons are quite limited due to limitations in my computer system spec. However, I'm quite familiar with addon functions and usages due to watching a lot of posted screenshots from many forums, including EJ's. Most of those threads do mention the names of addons used in the screenshot, but not an explanation of which function is covered by which addon. Now that my system is much better equipped, I have a couple of questions regarding the choices that I have.
Oh, if possible, please recommend addons that is widely used or frequently updated.
- Besides a threat meter, (possibly) a DPS meter, a boss warning addon, a UI frame, a raid frame, a buff indicator, a castbar, a cooldown timer, a proc notifier, a bag organizer, a loot organizer (atlasloot), are there another types of addons that might be useful?
- For a buff indicator, the addon that is usually suggested is Elkano's Buff Bars. Is it one of the better buff indicators there is? Also, I don't like the way EBB listed the available buffs in horizontal bars with backgrounds, but I prefer a cleaner look with icons and possibly a buff-timer below. Is it better to use another buff indicator addons for that, or EBB is still better?
- Also, related with buff timers, I am currently looking for an addon that can warn about the uptime of Sniper Training (survival hunter personal buff). It is one of the unusual buffs in that it will be refreshed every 6 secs of standing still, while it has 15 secs uptime. As such, what I want to probably track is not the buff itself, but its up-time, and also sending a warning when the buff reaches 7 or 8 secs remaining. What addon can I use to accomplish that purpose?
- Also, probably on the same page with buffs, what is best for proc indicators (with most procs being short-time buffs)? I'm aware that some addons that were intended for proc indicator role such as Needtoknow, Tellmewhen, and Power Auras, but I noticed that they haven't been updated for a while. Is another addon needed to aubatitute their roles?
- I will probably also need a debuff indicator addon. Is there an addon that can be utilized for that purpose? Or probably a customization from another type of addon (instead of a dedicated debuff timer)?
- Speaking about cooldown timers, which addon should be assigned this role the best? I have no preference over a certain type of cooldown timer (bars, numbers, etc). If I have to, I can use more than one. Also, I'm quite aware with the ForteExorcist addon which just became famous after its usage in one of the Ensidia videos, can it be the best addon for this purpose? I saw from Curse that it is intended for Warlocks (ForteWarlock), how about the hunter version? Also, do I need to use other addons to complement Forte?
- What addon is best for castbar indicator purposes? Is there an addon that can cover both player's and enemy's (both bosses and enemy PVP players) castbar indicator role? Or do I need to separate those roles into two separate addons?
- I also saw the addon FuBar and kgPanels a lot in those aforementioned screenshots. However, it seems that being rarely discussed, their only function is for aesthetics, is it true?
- Is the addon Eavesdrop just another type of Combat text? What do people use combat text addons mostly anyway, besides signifying criticals and probably procs?
-Finally, I saw that a lot of people use the tooltip-related addons such as TinyTip and Tip Tac. What are the practical purpose of these addons?
I apologize for my many questions. I appreciate your guys' help in setting up the best experience in WoW
Thank you.

You could try Satrina Buff Frames, it's very flexible in the way it handles and debuffs.
|

I am not sure, but for uptime you try a proc monitor like Procodile and Class Timer
|

Parrot will throw up buff indications when something procs and it is a combat text scroller as well.
|

Satrina Buff Frame will do this as well.

Coolline will do that.

|
Quartz.
|

|
KGPanels are for creating borders and frames, mainly for aesthetics. Fubar is like a mini-menu for addons that allows you to display and click on certain addons and their as you need rather than typing out a command line.
|
Is the addon Eavesdrop just another type of Combat text? What do people use combat text addons mostly anyway, besides signifying criticals and probably procs?
|
Crits, procs, incoming and outgoing damage other warnings you might set up. I use Bigwigs (a boss event monitor) going through my Parrot (mentioned earlier) to display warnings.
|
-Finally, I saw that a lot of people use the tooltip-related addons such as TinyTip and Tip Tac. What are the practical purpose of these addons?
|
I use cowtip -- they allow you re-anchor, resize and add information to your tooltips.
I apologize for my many questions. I appreciate your guys' help in setting up the best experience in WoW
Thank you.

Sweet jesus. MizarAlcor, most of your questions can be answered by just messing around with addons (that's what making UI's is all about), but I will go ahead and answer what I can. Wasn't going to post after Darzin did (was typing my responses as he posted), but my answers are a little different so..
1. I think you about covered most bases.
2. EBB can look several different ways, but is mainly known for the vertical listing. Satrina and Buffalo are the more common, traditional style buffs.
3. Power Aura's would probably be the best for this, but as I will say numerous times, it's all about personal preference.
4. I don't think the ones you mentioned are outdated, and even then most outdated mods still work fine. I don't really think you can label one as the best, you just need to mess around and figure out which suits what you want.
5. Most buff addons also handle debuffs, as well as most unit frame addons. Just depends how and what you want to display.
6. Intended for warlocks, but it has abilities for every class as far as I know (haven't used it personally). There is a wide variety of cooldown tracking mods around, and since I don't really use one to track cooldowns (I use OmniCC to show times on my action bars), I can't really give any advice. If I were to hide all my keybound cooldowns, I might display them, but I have yet to do so.
7. Quartz and AzCastBar are the two popular ones. Both do what you ask.
8. Fubar displays tidbits of info, as well as handling options for addons that can tie into it. I'm not too familiar with kgPanels, but yes it is mostly eyecandy.
9. Eavesdrop is an alternative to displaying your combat log, though it only handles events related to you and not everything everyone else does, unless what they do happens to you.
10. Tooltip addons do a number of things, from making the tooltip display near your mouse as opposed to the corner of your screen, to displaying info about the target that the default tooltip does not. Most also make the tooltip more appealing.
