The situation I would like to avoid can be best understood with the log below:
421 Prince Malchezaar's Melee hits [The tank] for 3061 (156 blocked)
906 [The rogue] is afflicted by Enfeeble
906 [The lock] is afflicted by Enfeeble
906 [The priest] is afflicted by Enfeeble
921 [The mage] is afflicted by Enfeeble
921 [The tank] dies
The tank had been healed for 4k+ just before the hit, therefore the 3k hit can't be the reason why he died. From the log I think it's pretty obvious he got killed by Enfeeble, but the combat log didn't register it. This is my feeling because Enfeeble normally hits 5 targets and here I see only 4, so the tank was probably the 5th and insta-killed. However I dismissed this scenario at first because the WSS parse didn't show that the tank had been affected by the Enfeeble debuff. If I could see that the tank had only 1hp when he died, or if I could see the threat list when the tank died, I could know for sure (or almost).

Buffs and Debuffs are only tracked to 50 yards. MAX.
You caught the other 4 because they were either on the backside of the mob and thus closer (the rogue) or everyone else was already near you. You kind of have to trick WWS into giving up information some times.
Solution: Tell your dps classes to stay below the TANK on the threat meter (not the agro gain bar).

Noone ever should be above the tank on malchezaar, only the person who is highest on threat is "immune" to enfeeble. So if someone over-aggros the tank, its a 50% chance he gets enfeeble and you wipe.

Good thing the only reason anyone would be over 50 yards away in prince is because of Shadow Nova, and he should be back by the next enfeeble. You can also use the LOOK AT THE HP BARS method to see if a fifth person got enfeebled. We HAVE had the tank die and I look at the FRAPs and only four people were still enfeebled right after. The trouble seems to happen when the enfeeble occurs during the p1 > p2 transition when he currently has no target.

Looking for a mod or some sort of way to alter my pet bar(using Bartender for the bar). The only reason I'm keeping and have to keep it showing is to monitor whether or not one of it's spells is on auto cast, which I turn on/off via a macro. Everything else is hotkeyed and I have a cooldown mod for cooldowns, so... I'd like to find a way to get rid of everything but say 2-3 spell icons, right now I have the whole huge bar which is too big when I only need to watch 2 out of the 11 things on it.
Also still looking for a heroism/mana tide watcher for other shamans .

Indeed this happened just at the beginning of phase 2... we had a countdown and just as the leader was indicating the start of phase 2 - wham - tank dead. I guess I know what happened, but still I'd like to find a mod that would give me more information than what the WSS parse currently gives me. Maybe something that would take a snapshot of the situation (level of all bars, threat...) whenever somebody dies.

Get Expiration.
WowAce downloads
And again... keep your people below your TANKS threat the entire fight. There is nothing odd with the p1 -> p2 transition other than its right about where rogues will start pulling threat if they haven't vanished.

Windfury Timer
I'm looking for a WF timer mod, that shows a cooldown bar or something similar for the 3s internal cooldown on WF weapon buff.
Edit: I found the WF timer mod I was looking for, but now there's a different one - a totem timer mod. I've tried several, and none are what I want. YATA has the timers perfectly, but it also has a totem bar that doesn't possible to disable. GotWood has the timers, but has an ugly and large block of wood graphic sitting behind it. I'm hoping the mod can be Ace2, but if not, not a big deal I guess.

I'm looking for a mod or a macro that would let me move people around in groups in a raid.
We just started Vashj, and we bring only one shaman. He's in the MT group in phase 1 and the melee group in phase 2 and then back in MT group in phase 3. I'd like it if I could click a few buttons to make the swap each time, instead of having to open up the party interface to do it.

My only suggestion would be to pick up Fubar or Fubar_performancefu or both and enable CPU profiling to see what is eating your CPU and RAM. It will lag you a bit but the info might help.

I'm also looking a for a good chat window addon that will allow me to scale the windows to about the height of 2 inches. (Prat puts a limit on how small you can make the windows)

You're probably looking for the mod "Cooling". Couldn't be sure without seeing it, but Cooling is the only icon-based cooldown display that I know of.

Looking for a mod that can change the dmg text over my target mob.
I do not want to use:
1. Parrot [I think this mod is disgusting and too much spam on my character's side of the screen]
2. SCTD [I don't want the damage i'm doing to appear over my character's head]
SCT has an option that you can check that will change the font of your damage done, but that doesn't seem to work.
Anyways bottom line is I'm looking for something that will just keep the default Blizzard damage output [over the target's head] and just change the font to whatever I choose.
I am also looking for a mod that performs the same thing that SWStat's SWL does. A combat log parser that I can filter and read it an easy format. Is there a mod that's out there that currently performs this. The thing about SWL is that it's limited to store a certain amount of combat log messages. I guess the other alternative is if someone could please tell me how to change it so that it can store a larger amount and perhaps the memory cost of this?
Thanks for the help guys.

I'm looking for a mod that tracks everything someone in my raid loots and who looted it (so i can make sure that noone is stealing guildmats, for example heart of darkness / mark of illidarii / mote of whatever).
The best thing wuld be something that i culd review after the raid. We run with FFA loot (and dont really have time to do it any other way).

You need module for Xloot, XLoot Monitor.
Or you can tweak Raidtracker to track low quality loots.

I'm pretty sure this isn't possible. The way I handle it(and I juggle around a ton of people for tides/heroism's/deaths) is using a mod called movesFrames. It lets me move the social pane to a more accessible spot, below my grid, that way I can open it and it won't interfere with what I'm doing and doesn't take away my ability to heal while moving people.

Will accomplish this for you, to use a different font just insert the font you want in the fonts folder and rename it bloody.ttf.

Self-Casting
At some point along the line my keybindings for all my characters were set so that Alt + keybind was a self cast, if possible. However, I recently have rolled a druid and it's not the case. I'm using Bongos, and while the Blizzard atuo-self cast works generally, it is not at all the solution I'd like. Does anyone have any suggestions? All the addon sites are littered with click self cast ones, which is also not really what I'm thinking of.

Are the keys bound to spells or macros? The only times I've run into this issue on my shaman were with macros that used [target=mouseover]. If that's tha case, all you need to do is add [modifier:alt, target=player] to the macro.
(will double-check the syntax on that when I get home)
EDIT: Double checked and the syntax is correct.
/cast [modifier:alt, target=player] [target=mouseover,help] [help] <Healing Spell>
That's the template that I use for all of my direct heals. The target that's healed is the first conditional that's true.
