Just because you have lua error display turned off doesn't magically make mods stop experiencing errors. The message "your ui is experiencing a lot of errors" means that if you had errors displayed there would be many more than 1 error per second popping up. Due to the flood of errors Blizzard is forcing you to take action, hence the pop-up you describe.
You need to enable display of errors, either through default blizzard ui (which very well may not display enough lines to show which mod it is) or by installing a mod that displays errors like
BugGrabber + Bugsack as stated above. Another mod available would be
tekErr. It will put all errors into a button on your minimap that only appears if there are errors. Click it to see the error message(s) that contain the mods name.
Be warned though, by your description you may be quickly flooded with a display of 100+ errors, don't worry. The name of the error-ing mod should be displayed, allowing you to log off and remove, update, replace, report error to author, etc.
