Specifically,
/bwlcb <time as XhYmZs> <name>
That fires a local bar that only you can see. For global bars, you'd have to be an assist, and I'm not sure if it can be spawned with a slash command, but if it can it's likely bwgcb instead.

I'm using it to fire simple "Pull!" alert, usefull on Vezax and Hodir, so healers can put hots and drink or dps start long cast. It's somewhere in /bigwigs extras

I'm looking for an addon to block certain spells that are being cast by my focus target from showing on my focus target cast bar. I've tried Deadened and NoSeeNoInterrupt but neither blocks spells from the focus from being shown. I'm using Quartz Cast bar at the moment, but I'd gladly switch to anything that has that functionality.

Ive had a mind freeze, but Im pretty sure Ive seen an addon that lists Raid members
and the target they are targeting...something I can stick on side of screen and name and shame when necessary...Im using magictargets atm, but I gotta mouseover to see ...

Most raid/unit frames allow this. I seem to remember Xperl doing it, it has been a while since i used Xperl, but Pitbull 4 definately can be set up to show raid members targets.

Xperl has a "Players assisting you" window which shows who else is targetting the same thing as you.
Grid plus GridStatusRaidIcons - Addons - Curse allows you to see the raid icon that a player has on himself OR targets. (this is what I use, fairly simple and effective)

If you don't use xpearl, then Target Check will also show who is targeting the same thing you are, you can also make different windows to show who isn't targeting what your targeting, on your focus, or any raid member. I find the combo of these works pretty well for finding out who isn't on the right target.

I'm looking for the most simple nameplate addon out there, I just can't stand blizzards built in textures, borders and fonts so Id like these to look either good from the start or be able to configure.
I want to be able to turn them on and off when I want and decide if I want to show all, friendly or enemy targets. Thanks.

You can do this standard with any of those mods, as it's standard behaviour for the Blizzard ones.

Another option, which is a bit more extensive really, would be Aloft.

Is there any nameplate addon that enables nameplates for hostiles at a longer range than the Blizzard default?

In the interest of performance and optimization, I've been wanting to cut down on as many add-ons as possible, all the way to going back to default Blizzard self, target and party frames, except now I don't have any raid frames.
I've used Grid, Shadowed UF, Pitbull and xPerl in the past, but only paid attention to functionality and aesthetics. Does anyone have a recommendation on the most basic / lightweight raid frames available?

None I know of - the common ones take Blizzard's nameplates and change their appearance/functionality.
//edit: Prinsesa, Blizzard does have Raid frames, if you're serious about going back to basics. I think that as sole addon, Grid is probably your best bet.

If you're not sure how to turn on the default Blizzard raid frames, here's a rundown:
Open your "Social" interface panel (I believe the default keybind is "o"). Select the "Raid" tab. From here, you can drag out groups of raid frames by party, or class, and position them as you like.
If you prefer slightly more customizable raid frames but still want that default Blizzard look, I'd recommend sRaidFrames - Addons - Curse . They're fairly light on resources without adding all the extra stuff that full on unit frame replacements do.
