I'd like a display (available on any of my characters) like:
Warrior - Icy Prism - 16 hours
Paladin - Transmute - 15 hours 52 minutes
Hunter - Discovery - 19 hours 48 minutes

Altoholic seems like overkill for what I want to do :-/

If you use FuBar or a DataBroker display, I'd suggest Ara Broker Tradeskills : WoWInterface Downloads : Data Broker . If you're using FuBar, you'll need http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-a...2broker.aspxto make it work with FuBar.

Sorry to ask if this has already been answered but there are almost 200 pages to this thread.

I'm looking for an add-on that visually or audibly alerts me (as a DK) when talents (ie: Abominations might, etc), trinkets and enchants (Rune of the fallen crusader etc) proc.

Cheers

Heh, you could have formed a complete sentence at least. The unitframes look rather Pitbully to me. (Pitbull4 - Curse)

Castbarmod is most likely ACB. In any case, the effect you see in the screenshot can be achieved with ACB as far as I'm aware. (AzCastBar - Curse)
I'll edit the font name in once work releases me from it's cold icy clutches.

This can be done with PowerAuras, requires a bit of fiddling but gives a quite viscerally visual experience once sorted, and it's highly configureable. (PowerAuras - Curse)
If you want something simpler, I'd recommend NeedToKnow, it allows you to select a few key buffs/debuffs to track and gives you "cast bar style" lines for it. (NeedToKnow - Curse)

CraftTimersFu does exactly what you are looking for if you use FuBar. It hasn't been updated in forever, but I still use it with no issues. The only "tip" is if you check the "show me what I can craft with the materials I have" box in your crafting pane, once you craft the item, it disappears from the available list. You need to uncheck that box before closing your crafting pane for the mod to pick up on the cooldown timer.

If this signature offends you please complain to the management.

Thanks

I don't use FuBar, so I went ahead and got Ara Broker Tradeskills : WoWInterface Downloads : Data Broker along with ButtonBin : WoWInterface Downloads : Data Broker -- now it's just an unobtrusive icon hidden away on the side of my screen.

Thanks again!

Alone in the Darkness (25ppl) by Synthesis By Petra - World of Warcraft Movies

Thanks!

The movie is too fuzzy to tell at work, so I can't be absolutely sure. It looks like GRID + a bunch of addons for it.

If you don't want to invest in all that time to learn the ins and outs of how to twink GRID to do the extra stuff, I highly recommend Vuhdo (off of Curse). It does the same thing, except stock. And the config menu is very intuitive and noob friendly.

I saw a member in the raid using this mod where it announces the death of raid members AND the cause of death. It can be something similar to:

Raid> Player 1 dies [Melee: 15000]
Raid> Player 2 dies [Light Vortex: 35000]
...

The info is useful to assist us and see what causes player's death (and in this case, who didn't switch to the right essence).

Thanks in advance.

I'm using Premonition's modified obituary for that.

I find this Obituary a bit more useful, as it lets you see the timeframe and the healing received as well. Mind you, it's not updated for 3.2 so all healing show up as crits, but other than that it works just fine.

Thank you both for the suggestions. Both of them will do the exact trick I need and I will try them out to see which one works better. Much appreciated.

Anyone got any suggestions to nShakedown? It was an addon that basically helped you designing your UI by triggering every addon you had so you could make sure there were no overlaps etc.

There's a list of some of the mods that work with it here -> ConfigMode - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft

I'm currently using addonmanager to let me turn addons on and off mid-game, but is there a addon that would allow me to save sets of addons?

I usually disable everything if I DC mid-raid and have to log back in quickly, but it's a pain to have to reselect everything once I'm stable again.
