In his latest video, "Tip-time..." at around -9:30 the addon that looks like NECB. It may be NECB but after using it for 2 years, I've never had it show cooldowns of counterspell, earth shock, etc.

It still show Earthshock, since that shows up in the combat log regardless. Counterspell does not leave any event or anything in the combat log, so it doesn't show.

Can anyone tell me what action bars these are? I thought at first it was a heavily modified Bartender, but I couldn't get mine to look like that, so I just want to make sure.

Looks to me like Bartender with a Cycircled Skin applied to it, with the background being provided by Skinner.

I'm looking for a functional alternative to TrinketMenu - what's everyone using to handle their trinkets?

im looking for a mod which alerts yourself, and more importantly others, if one of your spells/abilities fail for one reason or another. eg. kick dodged, i /w /p or whatever other people on interrrupt rotations. does such a mod exist?

I can only bind trinkets to direct keybindings, i.e. I can bind to 1 but I can't bind to shift-1.

There's a modified version of Shaman Friend that works for priests. I have found it on the official forums a long time ago, but it still works. I've uploaded it to RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting.
Don't forget to deactivate all this shaman-only-stuff (alert for weapon enchants and elemental shield etc) in the options menu (/sf).

I am looking for a mod to watch my cooldowns. It has to have fixed positions for each ability, so I know exactly where to look.
Basically something like an action bar that only displays buttons when the spells are on cooldown.

There was no such thing on Wowace or Curse, but if somehing like this exists, you guys must have heard of it :P

I'm looking for the name of a silly sort of a mod that plays the announcer voice from Unreal Tournament upon killing blows in PvP (it says things like "First Blood," "Dominating," etc.)

If it helps any, it's included in the latest iteration of Tapestry's UI, but I can't for the life of me figure out which mod it is.

NECB actually does it. I had it doing it to me and I know I never downloaded any mod that would *just* do that. I realized I updated NECB shortly before that, and it included it. I'm not near game ATM so I can't tell you what option it is, but it is included.

Not so much whats that mods as opposed to is their a mod...Is there anything that can give me an estimate after an ecounter as to what amount of damage could be accredited to certain talents/skills like malediction or even sunder armor?

It would be nice to say that even though I didn't top a dps meter that X amount of raid damage was because of your debuff.

Recount can do that (though not for Malediction afaik).

I'm looking for a mod or possibly combination of mods. Basically what i want is the convenience of jim's cooldown count, i think thats the name, (the one that has the cooldowns pop up when they are ready with a big icon) to do the same, but pop up when say, Fear, the DR of fear, and curse of tongues, basically DR's that affect warlocks, and my dots.

When my dots wear off it isn't so much an issue from a PVE standpoint, however, and i may just be a noob but alot of the time I forget to refresh dots in arena and such, especially in the 3's and up bracket, it would be very nice to know when something has worn off and i have a more visual reminder, scanning through NECB has become a very big hassle when I'm trying to keep upwards of 4 DOT's on each target,

What mod is that shows time, fps, and ping as text?

Can't seem to find it.
