A lot of the time, I don't notice, since it's in the heat of combat etc. Having it come up in big letters on my screen (with a noise even) would make things a lot easier.

I had some problems like this, trying to time my Shamanistic rages for the points where I had the most AP, but I recently switched my battle text mod to Parrot. It's very customizable and I always notice my buffs in the standard notification spot.
You could also assign a different area for notifications, and a lot of ace mods have the option to output significant warnings and whatnot to Parrot itself.

Auctioneer Addon
Auctioneer AdvancedSuite
AuctioneerAdvanced is the next evolution in Auction statistics software, rewritten from the ground up to be more memory friendly, more featureful and more accurate from the get-go - AuctioneerAdvanced also posesses a new attitude and outlook on the entire auctioning process.
Whereas Auctioneer 4.0 was the result of a gradual evolution from the very first version of Auctioneer to what you see today, incorporating and rolling changes, patches, bugs and fixes, AuctioneerAdvanced is a purpose written piece of software that addresses todays auction house issues, and contains no legacy decisions which restrict its evolution.
It has been written to maximize the current abilities of the WoW/Lua API, and to answer the concerns of its users.
It has also been written to be modular and easily extensible, either by the development team, or you if that's your thing!

Is there a way to change the color code of Chronometer as well as the font ?
Or is there an addon that do the same and is fully customizable
thanks

Hey, I'm looking for an addon that can help manage my arena team. We've got 8 members and we're split across a few different guilds. Basically what I want to be able to do is post notes, or a potential schedule, and have the people on the team be able to comment, or leave notes themselves if they end up having a conflict.
This really should be built into the standard arena team interface. It's frustrating to not have a common forum of communication that doesn't require everyone to be online.
I'm aware that a simple solution to this would be an out of game forum, but I do not have access to a server, nor do I want to spend money on this.
any help?

Shel, I've talked to people using Guild Event Manager GuildEventManager | World of Warcraft @ Curse.com for arena meets. Its designed for Guild PvE raid scheduling, but it works for multiple guilds (alliances) and your teammates can long in notes pertaining to the time layout. You can name Arena types in place of PvE encounters.

I reject your paltry reality and substitute my own.

I remember a while ago, on these forums someone was asking how to best visualise remaining orbs on (Earth/Water/Lightning) shield for a shaman.
Can't seem to find that thread again, but anyone know if that mod ever was developed ? It seemed like a rather nifty representation and one I'd personally take over 'bigger' mods (as I already have a totem mod).

We used GEM for a while and it really, really sucked.
Basically we didn't have one week where it didn't kill the signup of at least one person, sometimes mangling the whole schedule... Maybe it's fixed now though.

That was disquette asking for design ideas for a water shield timer for the 2.3 change. As far as I know it's not yet been released for beta testing. (The mod, not 2.3)
I already use DisqoDice, and I'm rather keen to see how it comes out myself.

Looking for an enemy cooldown timer that includes kick/shield bash/counter spell. I realize talents can change these cooldowns, but even if slightly inaccurate they'd be a huge help.

Im looking for some mod that lets me know when someone is casting polymorph or cyclone on me, and nothing else. I've tried NaturEnenyCastBar and some others but im not able to customize them for this. The idea is to spellreflect cc in 5v5 easier. So far the best i have managed is with necb setting a mage or druid to focus target and using the focus targer option.

I'm looking for a clean, small raidframe like in that video ( Sunday Union vs Illidari Council - FileFront.com ; 250 mb ). Can't make a screenshot out of it, i'm sorry.
But i'll try to describe:
Paladin [/////////////////////////////////////] <additional info for hots like PoM, LB or ES etc>
With missing HP it's look like
Paladin [/////////////////////////////// -0.9k] LB
And if there's an option to add a manabar on bottom/top or elsewhere i would be very happy.
Edit: Just found it, called "Perfectraid".

same with BigWigs
I also committed a CustomBar extras module to BigWigs that raid leaders and officers can use thusly: /bwcb <seconds> <bar text>.
It will not print any raid warnings or anything, just show a bar that says "<your nick>: <bar text>" for <seconds>.

(c) Rabbit BigWigs
NB.: only BigWigs ( or DBM, respectively ) users will see that
