This wiped us twice on Morogrim last night before I went to a less-techy solution, so any help is much appreciated.

edit: I think that 2.2 broke this but I had some occasional trouble with it even before that.

You have to update Clique.

Clique already automatically targets the frame your mouse is over so there's really no need to have a mouseover macro bound to a mouse button through clique. Instead of binding a macro, bind just the spell itself, or if you're intent on keeping the macro, remove the mouseover portion of it.

I've searched this thread but couldnt find this topic...

Is there any way to make Grid show dummy frames? I'd like to know the size of a full Grid so I can design my UI around that. Are there any ways to do this?

I'm not 100% sure about dummy frames, but if you just need all of the frames to be visible, there are 2 fairly easy ways to do it.

1: Make the border visible if you have it hidden or transparent.
2: Join a game of AV and choose a template that shows only the desired number of frames (eg. By Group (25))

Ooh.. I like that (blindingly obvious) second suggestion. No more need to beg guild members Let's hope I won't get the AFK debuff too soon.

If you get the debuff, what's the problem? You're just arranging frames anyway, nothing to lose.

No there isn't but the easiest thing to do is just enter an AV and do all your UI tweaking there(which is what I do all the time)

Would like to know how this person was able to icons for the corners in their grid, I can only get icons via the center icon frame option.

I browsed over all of the grid modules on wow ace again and double checked my grid options and wasn't able to get anywhere.

I'd love to be able to do that too, I'm fairly sure it's within the capabilities of the mod but not seen it in either the default layouts or in the "layouts for healers" module unless I'm missing something.

Might be worth checking out this thread on the wowace forums:

[Grid] Modules: Threat,RaidIcons,MTs / Indicators: Text3,SideIcons

I'm thinking the SideIcons could be what you're after, although I haven't tried these modules myself.

After reading through the thread, I've seen notices that some people are doing what I am attempting, which is to use Grid exclusively for any situation, but noone actually mentioned how they managed to hide the default Blizzard frames.

I'm attempting to minimize CPU load and as such, I am reluctant to rely on a second addon to fully suppres the default frames (such as PitBull and AGUF, which I've used before). Now I have no trouble in raids, since the Blizzard interface let's be hide the frames when in a raid, but I would likethem hidden when I'm in a party as well.

Is there an easy, if any, way of having Grid do this (I'm using IceHUD, so I am already hiding the player frame, just missing a way to remove the party frames), or some hitherto unknown/unmentioned mod that plugs in and does it?

I'm having a strange latency problem in GRID. I don't know why, but while in 25-mans, it has a lot of problems in refreshing itself, a lot of my heals are just wasted because the person looks like needing a heal but it is already at full health and GRID can't show me. GRID is laggy, can anybody say what's going on?
