I'm using a Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000: Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000
Its curved design is really great for gaming, way better than regular straight ones like Tarantula or G15. And it's really cheap!
I got a Logitech MX400 Performance Laser Mouse:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/mi...s/191&cl=us,en
I don't think I need to change it's precision inside WoW so the "gamer" models are kinda useless outside FPS games.

I just realized that with the removal of stopcasting in 2.3, it's now possible for players with G15 keyboards to set a toggleable repeating macro that will chaincast anything they want for as long as they have mana.

I bought an N52, but i just didn't get on with it. I found that i would get pains in my left shoulder after use. So I've reverted back to my Saitek Eclipse II and Logitech Mx518, which i love and am very used to!

I am using a tattered "Aldi"-keyboard and a old Logitech 2button-wheel-nonoptical mouse on some heavy used computergame-commercial-mousepad.
Works for me

I am actually considering getting a Razer Tarantula and a Lachesis because the on board memory that comes with them seems really cool since I am bouncing back and forth from my townhouse and my college's computer lab, and there are only two computers there that I have my Logitech stuff installed on.

Logitech G11 and a Razer Pro
Before that I used standard Cherry keyboards for 13 years and mice I went from MS (with 2 buttons, kidneyshaped) to Logitech Mouseman, to Mouseman Wheel (broke 3 of them) and then to MX 510 - the MX510 is still my laptop mouse)

Keyboard: G15
Mouse: MX Revolution
Headset: Steelsound 5H
Keyboards, Mice, Headsets are very rebate/sale prone. Any of these three items can be bought for $30 from time to time.
I can highly recommend the Steelsound for a corded headset. I haven't found anything else that's matched its durability and quality. I used to go through headsets all the time until this one.
The G15 is going over what looks like a largely cosmetic change. Does anyone have a new one to comment on?

I haven't heard anything on the new G15, not have I gotten any information from Logitch. (signed up a junkmail account on their site)
I'd love to see a good preview/review of both the new G15 and the new N52. So far all I have seen are goofy pictures and press releases.

The new flavor is certainly on Logitech's site at the main product page:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/ke.../3498&cl=us,en
I'm not sure that I like what I see. I mean did they actually remove some programmable keys? I'm sure the fixed LCD might be more durable, but it looks like the new model may be a step backwards

Hmm, the new G15 certainly looks tempting. My main issue with the old G15 was just how damned big the thing was - there was no way it would fit on my desk (since I have 3 monitors and 2 sets of keyboards/mice on it), so I'll have to check it out in person and see whether the new one will. And I don't think the removal of 12 G keys is really a huge deal - I can't think of any circumstances where having access to 54 macros would be a huge improvement over having access to 18.

I currently use the keyboard that is part of my laptop and a Logitech G5 mouse.
I'm considering either buying a keypad of some sort (probably the Fang unless someone convinces me otherwise) or downloading Switchblade ( Xfire - File Downloads - SwitchBlade 2.5.0 and using a 360 controller (just for fun).
As far as headsets go, i use a Plantronics GameCom Pro1, which works amazingly, or my 360 wireless headset. However, the 360 headset's sound quality sucks, so I want to make it so the game sounds play through my speakers while the voice goes through my headset. How do i do this?

I'm using a Razer Tarantula keyboard, Razer DeathAdder Mouse, and Razer Barracuda headset. Like one of the previous posters, I got the keyboard first, then things kinda snowballed .
Not happy with the headset though. The sound quality in the headphones is great, but the mic performs less than optimal; the sounds is usually really quiet or muffled, as reported by my guildies.
The quality of the headset itself is a bit lackluster too. I've had it since May, and it looks like I've had it for years. The paint flecks off very easily, and the earpieces have each broken off once and had to be self-repaired.
Looking into getting a new headset and maybe a keyboard. The new G15 looks pretty nice to be honest.

Comparing the picture there, with the screenshot of an old G15 in a previous post in this thread, they certainly seem to have. There are about 1/3rd the number of macro keys on the new layout on the left side compared to the original model (6 versus 18).
I don't know if this is such a step backwards, though. I used to have a G15 and found the size of the macro key area made it quite uncomfortable to use; it made the keyboard wider than normal and the alphanumeric keys off-center relative to more conventional models, and sometimes rather uncomfortable to use as a result.
The new model might not present that problem and I have to say I'm rather tempted now - I do miss the LCD display on the G15!

Make sure when you turn on the 360 headset that your default sound device is not switching to the headset. Do this by going to Control Panel -> Sounds -> Audio tab and setting them all to your normal sound device (not the headset). Then go into your vent/teamspeak/wow voice chat settings and set it to use your headset. There you go, game sounds through your speakers and voice through your headset.
I also found the 360 headset to be crap so I upgraded to a USB Bluetooth adapater and headset. Much better and the battery life is pretty much double the 360 headset.

I tried out the new Apple keyboard in a store yesterday and was really impressed with its low profile and short key stroke. Enough to pick one up and see if I can game on it :P

I'm still not quite sure where to go to make it so the game sounds play through the speakers and the voice comes through the headset. I think part of the problem may be that I'm on Vista and i don't have a Sounds->Audio tab (or don't see it anyway).

You can do the same thing with a n52 macro.
I use both the n52 and the keyboard, mostly for the LCD. For my mouse I am using the wireless Logitech G6. I just love wireless stuff in general.

I think I'm a bit of a dinosaur. I use a Microsoft Strategic Commander:
Unfortunately, they don't make them anymore. Its kind of hard to see form the picture but the two main points are:
1) 6 keys, with 3 shift keys = 24 combinations. I just use bongos to map my toolbar into 6-key pieces and arrange them accordingly.
2) the most important part: that oval top half actually moves over top of the oval bottom half. This I map to the standard movement keys (actually works with 8 directions (forward, back, left, right, forward left, etc.) This is the feature I haven't seen anywhere else and its why I haven't upgraded to something new. No WASD needed.
Getting the old drivers to work with Vista was a real bitch though.
In the world of wishful thinking, I would give my eye teeth for this to be supported by WoW though:
Its not a game controller, its actually a controller for 3-d modelling. That big knob rotates, shifts in any direction including up and down and is mapped to your x,y,z axes. If it actually had mouse-control like sensitivity it would be fantastic. But to do that support has to be built right into the software using it. There are community-developed game drivers for it but they just map movements to keystrokes which would defeat the whole purpose.

I really love the compactness of the new Apple Keyboard (and that you're a lot less likely to have random junk fall into the crevices through normal usage like normal keyboards), but I just don't know if I can stand using a laptop style keyboard with short travel. Until I start using a laptop everyday, at least...
I also tried the G9 mouse. It looks uglier than sin, but was surprisingly comfortable (at least with short-term use). Don't really feel that it's an overall better mouse than the G5 SE though.

I recently swapped to the new Apple Keyboard, and it's not bad, but I'm not hitting the keys much during raiding -- the N52 still handles most of that action.

The new G15 loots hot as hell, considering replacing my G11 with it -- simply because it looks so pretty and has no damn macro buttons.
