I finally got my hunter UI to a state where I only do minor tweaking now and then:

with these: (not all are enabled for all characters)

Runs at 60-70 fps using anywhere from 8-10mb (most fluctuations are from Lightheaded and Classtimers).

The empty space to the left of grid and my UF's is where my totems and other trackers appear. Right above the ToT (which is the the UF above the AB's) is where my casting bar appears and my target's as well (I have eepanel's parented to them). Lastly, the chat frame is in a dock so when I middled click the black portion right below the text it goes into a tabbed mode in the bottom left corner of the screen. The rune in the center only appears when the haste procc's of the scarab of infinite cycle, and I also have a smaller one when I get the spellsurge procc.

By the way, if you noticed the whisper from laxx in the chat log, just go with it. I think everyone knows a "laxx" ingame who just likes to send random tells like that. The funny part is how he can MT, call out stuff, tell a story in vent, and send those tells out all at once lol.

My Caith 10.4 Ripoff for 4:3 monitors. I've made a few changes to it like I did with an older Caith. Overall very happy with it.

Latest ui mostly use it for pvp, i have a really shitty computer so im pretty limited but it does what i need and i like it

Here is my first real attempt at coming up with a unique interface:

There are a few things not displayed here that I'll have to edit in later, such as when I'm in combat. Basically I wanted everything I needed easily viewable and in the center of the screen. The open area to the left of Grid is where pets go (there weren't any atm in this raid). The high memory usage comes from Recount after a night of raiding. Typically on load in I'm at 23mb, even reaching around 50-60mb I still hit the 60-80 fps range. The chat box can be minimized to 1 line of chat (I really don't like how intrusive it is). Anyways let me know what you guys think so far.

I like this UI a lot. It is well structured, with a very pleasant font. And although having a small screen real estate, you are not making it seem very cluttered, and still have space for everything useful.

I have direct access to these spells via mouse-click alone (on either the target or the focus), or via hotkeys (hotkeys are target only)...

It's amazing what you can do with a 5 button mouse and some macros. And with either hotkeys or key modifiers...

- Drain Mana, Drain Life, Ritual of Summoning, Ritual of Souls, Conjure Master Soulstone, Mana Pot, Health Pot, Nightmare Seed, all four permanent pets (no FG). Fel Armor, Detect Invisibility, Soul Shatter, WoTF, PvP Medallion, Shadow Ward, Conjure Healthstone, Use Healthstone, Bandaging, Eat/Drink

Macros control the activation of trinkets (in the spells on the action bar) and Amplify Curse. I think I covered all the spells and items. Cooldowns (self and pet), buffs and debuffs are handled by a mod I wrote that is very much like Jim Cooldown Pulse. The only buffs that show (aside from being 'pulsed' by my first mod) are ones that I want but don't have (from another mod I wrote and it even takes party/raid composition into account too). These two mods together keep my screen really empty, only showing me stuff I need to know, when I need to know it.

Finally had the time to mess with the button scales. Now everything is small and compact.
The layout may seem crazy to some but it's logical for me :P

I need the different windows because usually I'm holding 3-4 different conversations at once as well as discussions in druid and tank channel. I don't get how people can play with only one chat window (especially if they are a class/role leader or officer) it's just so spammy >.<

I've got everything important I need to see in the centre; omen, target and target's target with chronometer showing my debuff timers (mangle, ff etc).
I hide recap/dm during trash only resetting at bosses, but I have loggerhead for wws for more accurate dmg and healing readings.

Oh and, ignore the snowballs

I always prefer practicality over prettiness when it comes to UIs, and I admire a lot of people who put a lot of effort into making minimalistic interfaces, but I rather sacrifice some fps to run all these mods to tell me the information I need to know during raids
I also use CT_Raidtracker to monitor attendance/swaps/loot.
